Max is just starting up his business and is still working the kinks out on his process. He was the lowest bidder and he did get the shipment to me, but it required more coordination than it probably should have. I'm sure Max will get his process together, though, as he gains experience.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider.
Max wanted me to sign a contract that says he takes no responsibility for items damaged during shipment. I was not comfortable with this. So we agreed to no longer go through with the transaction and the cancel shipment.

Response from moneymax3001: This lil tranaction we've had ranks right up there with someone who is just trying to ruin another's good name. I never said your item would be insured against damages and you failed to ask. Posted on the bid details and also in my profile is the wording which states customer will sign a standard contract for services. It always amazes me how little people are willing to read the details before jumping in with both feet. Anyhow, your refund for deposits made, will be forthcoming.

Shipper was nice but unprofessional, failed to meet obligations. I had a certain time frame I needed to have furniture shipped and he was not able to do that and he agreed to cancel the order.

Response from moneymax3001: Excuse me? Any unprofessionalism was due to your negligence to properly communicate with your provider. Your time frame was NOT at all flexible as your ad stated. I gave you a window of time in which I would show up for pickup, not for you to make an appointment from. Any future shipments which are days out from pickup will require a non-refundable deposit made to insure against such frevolent cancelations. I've lost three days due to this non-proformance of said contract. max

Customer made many undue concessions in order to make this trip happen. My many problems with being unfamiliar with how this MADIEN voyage would go was totally helped by the customer in every way. The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
I clearly and completely listed my contents on my listing. The Service Provider should have been fully aware of what I needed to ship. Once contact was made, I found out that the Service Provider only has a VAN the size of a "UPS truck", and there is NO WAY that my contents could be shipped by him at ANY price. Therefore, any future correspondence or negotiating was futile. I expect a full refund. This Service Provider was cordial and tried to be helpful, but there was no need to go any further.

This people are golden... they provided more than enough phone numbers and kept in touch with me through out. Even when the fuel pump dropped out and there was no cell service for the last few miles. They came to the rescue we made it run on the injector pump to delivery. Have since corrected many issues so I will be able to provide even better more reliable service in the future. Thanks again for being there. max g
