I am a single dad who lost their job due to the poor economy and overseas competition. I decided to begin hauling on uship in hopes to not only provide some income for me and my son, but to also help other people by giving them affordable hauling services from someone who will make sure their load gets to its destination on time and safe. I have a Chevrolet 3/4 ton truck with 16ft tandem axle open flatbed trailer with ramps that can carry 8,000lbs. Can haul cars, trucks, tractors, construction equipment, misc. equipment and household goods, tools, etc. Loads can be tarped or untarped depending on your needs. All loads will be secured at multiple points. I am hoping to obtain a horse trailer or enclosed trailer soon so that I may be able to provide more services to more people. Not a great first experience on here. Ran into alot of extra costs; added credit card fee (which would be nice if listed on shippers page so we know to expect), truck couldn't get in to either site so had to have moved to and from truck for extra costs. The shipment did arrive in one peice though. I would recommend the shipper for businesses, but for residential I would consider a different one. I don't like uship's hassle over the rebates much either.

As for the credit card fee, it was not required. We accept Paypal with no charge, or wire transfers with no charge. The credit card fee was his choice, and he knew up front about the charge. As for the extra cost, the street we picked up on was a series of switchback roads, some no longer than 100 feet. Semi was almost 70' long. Overall an unpleasant experience with this shipper.
