While the service provider moved the goods without any damage, they ended overshooting the estimated houses by 2 hours and charging a significant $138 for bubble wrapping anything remotely with Glass. Good in terms of care taken to move but left the disassembled furniture parts in the old house and didnot reassemble 2 of the furnitures since they didnot take the precaution on taking it with them.

Dear shipper: #1.Our bid was based on hourly rate . #2.Terms and conditions in our uship profile stated clear about packing materials charges and about moving any glass,fragile or breakable items. #3."they did not take the precaution on taking it with them" you the owner of your belongings and should supervise movers which items you want us to take or not. I was very pleased with Maxon Movers. They were on time, professional, and courteous. My move was much larger than originally expected (it turned out to be a 2 bedroom apartment move, not 1) when I booked, but Max and his staff were very accommodating and were a pleasure to work with. Iryna did an excellent job in keeping me fully informed and answering all of my questions. I highly recommend this company.

Max and his team were absolutely fabulous. I have had movers pack and move me four times in the past, and this was by far and away the best service I've ever had. Everyone was so courteous and conscientious with our things, and Max made sure everything was packed and delivered on time as planned. Couldn't recommend them more!!!

Max and crew were fantastic-- on time, careful, helpful and personable. They worked hard, and non stop, packing an unimaginable amout of furnishings and belongs into two 25 foot trucks, and unpacked and set things back up twice as fast, leaving nothing broken. Amazing! I can not recommend them enough. They really made our move so much easier.

I awarded them the bid because it said $69 for the truck and $69 an hour. It only took them 3 hours but I had to pay for 4 because I used UShip and did not book directly with them!!! I asked for a 12:00 start time and they arrived at 2:15. The guys were nice and none of my furniture was damaged - but I'd packed in similar sized boxes so they could load 4 or more on a dolley at a time. They carried by hand and then put everything on the grass outside to load all at once.

Max and his crew were courteous, professional, and worked very hard. There were no surprise charges - I knew about the add-on costs for the long walk and organ moving before scheduling. I highly recommend them and would use Maxon again if I needed to move again.

I had a lot of items: a very full 2BDR apartment (including a small piano) as well as a small storage unit with additional items. The driver, Michael, and the 2 guys were great. Michael really knows what he's doing.

I have moved 23 times in my life and have seen both ends of the spectrum. These guys are fabulous! Though this was not a full-blown move, but rather a furniture swap between two apartments in DC it went flawlessly. They are very responsive, on time, accommodating, careful with the furniture and quick. I would HIGHLY recommend using them!
