I am a pet lover and will get it transported safely as I can. I have full coverage insurance. Everything is safe with me. I have a great driving record and I love animals and travel. I will try to do my best for you if you'd like to use my services. Besure to look at my pictures. My back seats lie down. My SUV has a hatchback door so it is easy to load and unload. The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time Provider had agreed on 17th after several conversations between Kathy Jones (provider), me and sellers to pick up puppy on 18th also setting up place and time for them to meet. She then changed her plans and wanted to pick up on 17th at night. I was not notified of this change and she called sellers unexpectedly who were not prepared that she was in Oklahoma and wanted to pick up puppy right then and now could not wait til the agreed date of 11/18/09. The could not give her the puppy right then

The puppy was never paid for and I couldn't pick it up before it was paid for. Arrangements had not been made and the shipper was missing for a few days so I was unaware that this shipment was still valid. When it was I backtracked 3 1/2 hours to pickup to find out the pup wasn't paid for. I did all I could do. Won't work for this shipper again. Thanks Kathy kjlooks delivers.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider I am unable to reach the service provider through any of the contact phone #'s that uship provided after I booked. The only form of direct communication was via email. I informed her that I wanted to speak with her via telephone. She replied (by email) givign me another website and saying she would call in the morning. She failed to call and she would not give me a # to contact her made me leery. I am not comfortable with this provider.

Phone always worked for everyone else. Sorry about the scare of feelings. I emailed that I would be on the road. Could not get emails on road, now I can. I emailed that pickup and delivery dates were tentative and would call when on road and coming their way. When I called on Tuesday to set up final times for Wed pickup was told it was canceled. I appoligized for any fear they had. I had sent them website address so they could see I was legit. They felt that was funny too. I tried my best

A grown son of the bidder was the only one home. He informed me his mother, sister, and father were no longer at home and would be away several days and he gave me a reason which I don't care to enter. I was upset because I was expecting to pick this pup up at Dallas, TX airport now, was it going to arrive with no one there and no where to go? I didn't have anymore info. I contacted the son 3 times trying to get word to his mother.
