Trailer was not in the condition that I expected from the pictures, but the horse was delivered safely and the provider had good communication and appeared to have genuine concern about the horses he was transporting.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment I booked the shippment of my pony two weeks ago and said I would like her delivered the 5th or 6th of April, the provider agreed and then I didn't hear from him so on the 5th I called him. He said he was mis understood about the dates but that he would deliver her on Tuesday or Wednesday (April 7th or 8th). He then told the person on the pick up end it was going to be Friday the 10th which was Ok by me, but today I got a call from him saying that he was having truck trouble and wouldn't be able

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Due to someone canceling, the date of pickup was not known. I have found someone to ship my filly on Wednesday. Eddie was very honest with what was going on and was very friendly. I am sorry this didn't work out, but I would like my new filly home as soon as possible.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We have worked for three weeks to try to schedule this shipment. Shipper is unable to find a return trip load, and, therefore, cannot take my shipment for price quoted. Shipping deadline is approaching and I need some concrete plans in place to get these horses to Kansas or I will incur additional expense.

Ed made what could have been a difficult move with 5 horses and 1 donkey a breeze!! Ed is very gentle and patient with the horses, and particularly good with our inexperienced filly. Ed kept up great communication before, during and even after the transport. I always felt our horses were in good hands! Thank you Ed, for moving our "babies" so carefully - you're the BEST!! The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment Driver was scheduled to pickup and deliver my item on 11/30/08 but had weather problems in TN. Today driver's trailer broke down and he does not know when he will be up and running again. He suggested I cancel the job and start again. I'd like to do this. How do I get a refund for this job? I'm going to resubmit the job again today! Thank you!
