We are a husband and wife team that transport goods on our off time. We have a open bed pick or an enclosed box truck (17 foot) to transport your items safely. We will make every effort to make your move or transport you items as easy as possible. We have moved many motorcycles, vehicles, special cargo, and moved personal belongings in the past. Both my wife and I are ex Military and both server overseas in Iraq. My wife served one tour and I serve two tours there.

Jeff is a very nice guy, However. Our belongings did not all fit in his truck as we were told at first they would so we had to pay extra to have them shipped. Also he picked loaded our items on Saturday and left at 2pm, he was suppose to arrive at our destination at noon the next day, we called to make sure and he stated he was behind and it would be 4-5pm which was fine we were running behind also, he finally showed up with our belongings at 10:20pm on sunday night, and still expected full pay!

The items listed would have fit into a 6 x 12 trailer with room to spare. All items were to be loaded by the family and unloaded which did not occurr. While there the husband told me they used a 26 foot truck and did not fit as much as I did into my 17 foot truck. Prior to arrival it was know what size truck I had. I did not say anything reference the misrepresentation of belongings nor charge any additional. My wife and I packed the truck and yet did not charge extra either.

I am very happy with Jeff and his crew. They were very dependable and reputable. I was kept updated all the way and the vehicle movement was handled just as they said it would be. They treated my vehicle safely and charged a very reasonable fee for the service. I would definitely recommend them.

Customer stated she would leave by 11AM and that her house sitter would be there. After arrival there I found out that the house sitter had already left and would not be returning. I was unable to pick up the furniture items. Response from LJIvins: A communication disconnect definitely happened with this mover, as I told him I would be leaving the house at 9 AM and that my housekeeper (cleaning lady) would be there until around 1 PM (2 PM at the latest). I was advised by this mover that he would arrive by Noon, and he did not arrive until 3 PM. Obviously no one was going to be home at that time for him to pick up the desk. The disconnect was unfortunate, but the desk has now been successfully shipped by another mover.

If you get the chance to work with him; dont hesitate. You will not be dissapointed.

Very little help loading when they were supposed to do all the loading. They left 16 hours after they were supposed to. Leaves me in Awe the what we did the move $600 @ 750 miles and they tell lies. Total disbelief that if the move was as they stated why would positive feedback or even any be left.
