DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I CALLED AND CALLED NO ONE RETURNS CALLS I HAD TO CALL THEM TO FIND OUT IF THEY WERE PICKING UP AND THEY DIDNT. THEY TOOK 498.00 FROM ME AND IT TOOK THEM A MONTH AND A HALF TO GIVE IT BACK THEY ARE ON A BLACK LIST DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE A BROKER NOT A MOVER THEY WILL NOT DO AS THEY SAY DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A HEADACHE I HAD TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL 800.00 FOR MY ITEMS TO SIT FOR ANOTHER MONTH UNTIL I COULD FIND A MOVER

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider.
Terms for down payment or having to get credit card number to reserve were not outlined in bid.
Old information in bid information. (phone number, email etc.)
Immediately after receiving bid, received invoice (4) from someone with no reflection as to who they were. No idea it was "winning bidder."
Looked up name of company and had been blacklisted on some information from consumers. Even the name of the person I spoke with was mentioned. Was explained that it was old information I fo

they basically charged $750 to make a phone call to hire another company and charged us their rate which was $600 more. and on top of it "jason", our contact, changed his number the day our stuff was picked up. how conveniant!!

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved.
My furniture is all over-sized and very heavy dark wood. They are much heavier than normal and I can understand the bidder's increase in cost after seeing the actual photos. I have decided to just rent a truck and drive the load myself.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
Move was scheduled for 10/23. On 10/22 after many phone calls and emails, shipper advised that their facility caught fire and trucks were destroyed, and unable to move me.

Response from jumpingjim: yes it is just unfortunate that uship allows cancellations to affect my feedback...especially when customers cancel and do not want to move anymore as well.In this case our offices suffered a tragedy and we could not move anyone.I have all sucessful moves on here besides haberhi in which she told us it was 3 bedroom and then tried to have us move a 5 bedroom and a 2 bedroom in which we still made accomodations..I cannot belive uship allows if a customer cancels on me to affect feedback.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY to ship anything. I contacted for a Freightliner Truck. They never showed up on moving day. Never called. 5hrs late, they sent a UHAUL truck to move a 5 bedroom house plus a 2 bedroom house from NH to TX. They royally screwed us and have never even tried to make it right. Half of the stuff never fit in the small Uhaul and is still in NH. They took all our money, never completed the move and will not offer any compensation to us.

grear job, came on time, del. same, movers great.was over charged by 185.00, had to pay 2/3 more than bid amount even though stated the amount of space my boxes took up.not too happy about that. but final price was on low end of estametes. $2500. got est of 2800-4000. over all happy with move not happy having hard time getting refund from over charge(fuel surcharge and $100 not deducted from uship deposit)

in my listing it states that a 91 mazda is to be taking along with household goods upon contact this provider i was informend that his bid did not included the car. He was told previous that the bid must be for household goods and car.

I can bid this job. My bid will be for household and can pickup on 31st or 1st.The car as well if needed will discuss if household bid is accepted. Car move will be .65 per mile (8/26/2007)

Arthur & Michael are fantastic ! We really got to know them well, we trusted them completely with our belongings. Everything got here safely and in good time. They are such hard workers. We truly felt so comfortable with them. We hope they got back home safely ! Minor issues came up, as with any move, but Arthur & Michael made up for all of that.
