DON'T USE THIS SHIPPER! He promised Mon. delivery, did not come through. We needed shipment delivered Monday so we asked to expedite (to his original promised day) and he charged us another $132, then (here's the kicker) they destroyed our shipment. It was a water sensitive material and they loaded it from one truck to another (re-stacking our shrink-wrapped pallets)during a rain storm!!! When we filed for insurance (included in price), we were denied. Overall Terrible Experience. Never Again.

He has his side of the story I have mine, there was never a weather issue ever, I was told by the carrier this was never packaged properly and that was the issue. And he never paid that extra $132 that is a lie.

She had noted that shipment needed to deliever Mon. Aug 3rd, a 4-5 business day transit. I quoted, and stated a 7 business day transit, she accepted. I told her the issue, that if I picked this up on Monday with would not deliver till Wed or Thursday of the following week, 6-7 busindess days transit. I did have anoher option for here to meet here TIME frame for transit, but it was $200 more for GUARANTEED shipping. Please I am just trying to be fair.

Shipment from the word go, customer is unhappy because he never seemed to mention the products sensitivity to humidity. Product was never exposed to the weather One second, and when a claim was processed the carrier found that items werent packaged properly. Best I offered was to take the amount charged and lost on future shipments to pay back this poor service. This is also coming from someone who hasnt PAID ONE penny for this whshipment, that he told me half the items did get there fine.

It is a government location for pick up not a business. But I did give him a quote by mistake for 300lbs not the 600lbs that was listed. I just saw it was for 2 pallets at 300lbs each pallet, my mistake. I explained my error to Les, and said I am sorry and sent him a re-quote. Also including a Government pick up included with this new Rate Quote.

I quoted for a 7 business day delivery and they wanted a CA to NY in 5 business days, I would have to send that Guaranteed and that was for more then I originally quoted.
