Hello there, We are a family owned and operated business that truly cares about great customer service while being able to offer the lowest prices. We have been in the position ourselves in needing trasportation to move our belongings cross country to care for family members in need. I am not sure how we could have managed if we did not have our own equipment to make the move. Because of our own experiences, we try to offer the lowest prices. When we transport animals, we treat them as if they are our own. If we are shipping items, we ensure that the package will be delivered on time and in the same condition it left in. We wrap furniture, secure motorcycles and ensure that all items are secure and cared for.

The shipper was on-time and the hauling equipment was as described and each bike was chocked well. The shipper made the delivery of my bike around my busy schedule. Additionally, the shipper kept in touch with an occasional update with regard to the progress of the delivery and expected date.

I used joy to transport my two dirt bikes and my dog cross country from MA to CA and it couldn't have worked out any better or made any easier. Joy was beyond helpful when it came to coordinating the pickup and drop off of my belongings. Everything arrived in a timely manner and was very well taken care of during the trip. She took amazing care of my dog and was a very nice and pleasent woman to work with. I couldn't have asked for a better service provider.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped We had got this dog for my wife's friend and last minute she backed out, despite her being a kept abreast of the transaction and dates throughout the process of booking. She was even made aware that arrangements were ready all we needed was the OK that she could receive the pet. After she gave the final OK, we booked. It was not until just now 8:10pm EST that she called to back out. Please consider that we now have a dog we do not want and a bill for shipping that we do not need. Can you please

I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. We have tried for 4 weeks to accommodate this customers schedule; every week was another excuse why we could not pick the item up. I sent customer numerous emails trying to schedule it when both parties would be available and my emails went unanswered. I accept the cancelation but I am not happy about it, we did everything possible to try to schedule and complete this delivery on their terms..

The shipper decided to move up the date at the last minute when picking up the carriage which did not fit our schedules. We have been unable to find another suitable date that meets the needs of all parties involved that matches the shipper. If the shipper had kept the date we have booked originally, the shipment could have happened as planned.
