This man took my money and DID NOT transport the car and refused to refund my money back.

The auction lost the vehicle, we spent researching where the vehicle was. We picked up the title, delivered 1 car to the port, with another hassle and another 4 hour delay. I was in contact with the shipper the whole time, explained what was going on. Told him to call the auction to get this straigtened out. He could not make them understand, they kept saying that the car was delivered to the port on the 26th. So we lost 10 hours of transport time and another shipment. He owes us money!!!!

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment Dear, Sir/Madam, I would like to submit Joe's email (below) for your review. It was sent after I accepted the bid with specific info regarding the shipment of my 2 vehicles:Timeframe Information Pickup: 8/6/2009 to 8/8/2009 Delivery: 8/8/2009 to 8/10/2009. Since Joe could not meet these requirements because his truck was in the shop for repair, the service could not be performed. At this time I'm requesting a cancellation and the full amount of $169.89 (deposit) be refunded to me. T

To say that Joe's service and professionalism was great would be an understatement. Service was excellent, Joe picked up me cars on time and delivered on time, both cars were in perfect condition. I was really worried about having my cars transported from Boston to Miami since I had never done so in the past but Joe took all my doubts away and made me feel comfortable about it. If I ever have to re-locate, I would definitely use Joe again and will recommend to anyone. Joe's wife Laurie is great!

Joe and Stephen were lightning fast! I contacted them in the morning at 9.30, sent a couple of documents and at 12.30 my cars were already on the truck! I call this superservice!Thanks guys! I will call you again! Marco

Car was not at destination that the auction said it was, auction found the vehicle later that afternoon after multiple phone calls to them from my driver. I could not go back and get the car at that time, I had other shipments to make.
