I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Although Jeff Hyatt apparently did not know that I accepted his bid to ship my dinette set because his email service automatically sent my email (.edu extension) to a SPAM file, he called about a month ago and told me that he would still deliver my dinette set. Then I heard nothing for 2 more weeks. Two weeks ago I sent him an email from a gmail account without an .edu extension, and Jeff finally responded, telling me to name the day of pickup. I replied 5 times and called more than 5 times,

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Trailer was not available through no fault of shipper. Shipper was courteous and professional and explained the need to remain on his schedule through phone contact. Mutual cancellation of the shipping arrangement was agreed through phone conversations by both parties. Would love to reccommend Jeff and use his services in the future.

from your additional info, I have assumed you don't intend to tow this a great distance, which is good, as the tires are reported as needing replacing. we can arrange a loading dock here in miami, as long as we know what day/when you are going to arrive. Only thing missing is the correct exact address- I will send another e-mail now to ask for it. Jeff is a great guy-moved a very valuable piece of art for us as well--I would trust him with everything I have. Even let me meet him with a box I decided to toss in at the last minute. You won't find a better man.

Jeff Hyatt was a God sent. He picked up bike from the dealer on the very day promised and dropped it off a day earlier then originally scheduled. Shortly after I booked shipment he called me to assure me that he could handle the job and contacted the dealer to schedule pick-up. My experience with him was great he wrapped my bike as if it was his own and constantly kept me abreast of its location. Jeff walked my bike into my garage because my wife could not. True 10 out of 10 door to door service

Jeff Hyatt is the Best! And his crew. They were professional in every aspect-on time, respectful and patient to the extreme. He took what could have been a stressful situation and made it fun-even though there was 10 inches of snow and the temperature was about 7 degrees! I couldn't have asked for anyone better to have moved me. You rule Jeff!!!
