The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date and time Transporter made contact with person from which I purchased vehicle and scheduled pick up on several different dates over a period of 20 days. Transporter said that driver would call before arriving. Driver never called nor showed up on the various dates.
I called transporter and inquired as to what was happening. Transporter stated that rig was broken down and would be in service "soon" or another rig would be dispatched for the pick up.
I made initial contact with transporter when I acce Response from initiallogistics: The assigned driver broke down about seven days into the process. A replacement with a winch was unavailable. Please refund the customer with our apologies.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Original driver had mechanical problems and the service provider cannot confirm an alternate pick up. I have another shipper ready to pick up. This was booked on May 05. Response from initiallogistics: We did our best to find an alternate, but were not able to within the customer's time frame.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider never pick up truck and said 1 more day every day Response from initiallogistics: Customer asked us to cancel. The driver ran late, and had to have a rail replaced on his trailer. Customer did not want to wait, so he asked us to cancel and provide a refund, which we did.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date and time Service Prodiver has not been able to pick up vehicle on time, has commited to multiple diffrent pick up times and has not provided on any date. Response from initiallogistics: We had a driver on this order, but he has since moved on and is not able to take care of this for us as agreed upon. We were working on finding a new driver, at our cost, but it was not quick enough for the customer's time frame. Please refund the customer with our apologies.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment According to Mike at Initial Logistics he can not ship my car as promised. I now have a car stuck in Florida and have wasted a week and a half of both my time and the sellers time.
I do not want credit with a UShip account, I want my credit card fully refunded as I do not plan to use this service again. Response from initiallogistics: We lost contact with the driver who contracted on this shipment with us. Not sure the reason. We generally do not have these occurrences on our shipments, but this just didn't work itself out quickly enough. Please refund the customer with our apologies. Thanks
