Wow! What an incredible experience I had with Initial Logistics. I moved a Honda Odyssey filled with household items. Their price was extremely reasonable. They immediately contacted me and continuously updated me on the status of the driver and the date of the anticipated move. The driver they contracted was courteous and extremely careful with the van. Initial kept in contact the whole time and the shipment was unbelievably fast. Unbelievably great service & would recommend them highly!

There was very little communication at all. I had to call them and see when they were going to pick it up, which wasn't correct anyway. I was never told it was picked up, then I received a call at 9 pm from a representative that I couldn't understand (could barely speak English), asking if the vehicle could be dropped off in three hours, (midnight!). I refused to let that happen, they agreed to drop it off at 10 am the next day. He was lost, spoke little English, I finally received vehicle 11am.

We will handle this with the contracted driver. This is not the way we do business and is a poor representation of our company. We apologize and we would like to offer the customer credit toward any future shipment with us.

Excellent service, communication was a bit lacking in the beginning but a few emails back and forth and I was well updated. Pristine shipping, very nice driver, SUPER fast! FYI Shipper does not do scheduling on weekends. Shipped from WA to GA in under 5 days, very happy! I would highly recommend this shipper to anyone.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I set up a three day range one month in advance with initial logistics and then three day range came and went with no communication from the driver of the truck whatsoever. On the fourth day they still could not pick up my car so I left my house in Miami (mind you I had flew there just to ship the car) and returned to my house in LA for work.

Item was not picked up in time because it was listed as a running vehicle, and it does not run. IT involves greater cost, as it was listed as a running vehicle and it is not a running vehicle. This is very simple- be sure of the condition of your vehicle, and this can be avoided.
