We cannot afford to package. We need it shipped naked.

Response from AmericanFreight: Trucking company is currently trying to locate pallet. Unfotunatley I do not know what is going on with claim because customer filed directly through carrier instead of us. I have tried to get the claim number, but he has never answered one phone call from me, and he is not responding to my emails now. I have done everything I can to try and locate the pallet.
