Picked up my stuff on short notice, delivered it 300 miles in 4 days for a fair price and was very helpful. Everything arrived intact. A bit hard to understand but we worked through that. would use again for sure...

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Service provider contact info was not up-to-date and later provided a different contact phone number after several days before responding back to email communications sent by me requesting for more info. I'm not too comfortable with this bid!

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment All items and dimensions were listed in the posting. The SP assure me on the phone that they would be able to accommodate the move -- that they had a 26' truck it that it would be no problem. When they got here they said that they already had 3 other customers loads in the truck and there was not enough room for ours -- indicating that it was much more than they had thought. The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I chose Honest Moving because in their bid they said that they would be able to pick up on June 5th. When I called after accepting the bid they said that they could pick up on June 6th. I told them that I had to have a pick up on June 5th and they agreed. After repeatedly saying they would be there, at 10pm on June 5th they called me to say that they could not do the pick up, after I had moved all of my stuff out of the apartment and now, at 11pm have to figure out how to get it into storage.
