I was so frustrated and worried the entire time because the people that run the company and drive could not speak English. I wasn't sure if they knew who I was or what was going on because they never called me. After all of that they showed up late to drop off my car. I paid in cash and put an extra $10 in the envelope even though I was mad and the driver counted the money and asked me for a tip! He knew how to say tip! Than when they didn't get more money they were so rude to me it was crazy!

All of the boxes arrived in amazing condition-- literally not one glass was broken moving all the way from NYC to LA. The guys didn't speak English very well, but I could speak with someone else at the company who helped to translate. They were very responsive to phone calls and kept me up to date with the shipment's progress. The shipment arrived very fast and it was well taken care of. I will use Honest Moving again in the future!!

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
did not pick up. this trucker showed up with a small trailer to pick up new large mercedes suv gl320. clueless and does not speak english. impossible to communicate.
