Picked up my stuff on short notice, delivered it 300 miles in 4 days for a fair price and was very helpful. Everything arrived intact. A bit hard to understand but we worked through that. would use again for sure...

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
I chose Honest Moving because in their bid they said that they would be able to pick up on June 5th. When I called after accepting the bid they said that they could pick up on June 6th. I told them that I had to have a pick up on June 5th and they agreed. After repeatedly saying they would be there, at 10pm on June 5th they called me to say that they could not do the pick up, after I had moved all of my stuff out of the apartment and now, at 11pm have to figure out how to get it into storage.

The fact was on June 5th night, when our truck was on the way to your place, our turck got an accident, couldn't make it. Sorry for the incovience brougt to you. Hope you can understand our situation.
