There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Broker, after listing price for shipment took advantage of me, a first time shipper. He told me YAhoo was a ripoff. Wanted me to call him directly and give him my credit info. His plan was to charge me $240 more than the price he booked not including the $90 USip had already deducted from me. He said that money was gone and I would never see it again. He also said I would not find a cheaper booking rate. If UShip returns my money into checking acct. From where it came all will be resolved. Hopef

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved We booked this for 1700 from a broker. After booking shipment I called the broker and he informed me that his customer would not pay 1700 but 1400. We could not come to an agreement so we did not accept the bid.

The customer misrepresented the shipment THIS HJMSHIPPING BROKER GIVE ME WRONG INFORMATION AND WAS JUST IN A HURRY TO GET ME TO BOOK IT PLEASE LOOK AT MY QUESTIONS I ASKED HIM . YOU WILL SEE I MADE THIS TRIP FOR NOTHING THIS BOAT WOULD NOT FIT ON TRLR THIS GUY THAT USED THIS HENRY EVEN SAID THIS WAS WRONG .. THIS HENRY SAID I DO NOT LIKE TRYING TO TALK TO MY TRUCKERS LIKE THIS JUST BOOK THE LOAD I SAID WILL THIS FIT ON MY TRLR YES HE SAID .WELL IT DID NOT THAT IT WHY YOU ALL HAVE IT SO WE CAN ASK QUESTIONS AND THIS GUY HAS NO TIME

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Difficulty shipping at quoted price, if individual cannot ship at this price why make a bid for it?
One failed attempt when I told him that I would not be in town, the shipping happened to be on that date, I'll let it slide. Other one I was desperately sick and could not.
Also do not feel comfortable dealing with him, comes off as rude and arrogant. Also helps to respond to emails NOT IN ALL CAPS AND IN THE SUBJECT ONLY AND LEAVE BODY EMPTY. Response from hjmshipping: this load was dispatched he missed both pickups twice he did this

The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped Contacted customer on 03/22/13 and he stated that he need to get back with me concerrning shipping. On 03/29/13 I called the customer again and he stated that he had found a cheaper shipping solution.

After asking if they would honor the origional price the reply I got didn't answer a single question but refered me to their website for their expensive rates. I continued to contact them and just got they same response. This is just a larger company that will accept any bid and then see what they can get and if you cancel no problem tey are just looking for volume. Don't book unless yo
