I no longer need my item(s) shipped The seller of the horse decided she no longer wanted to sell this horse to me so I need to cancel this shipment. I have been in contact with the shipper and he understands the situation is beyond my control.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Due to the two snowstorms, the shipper postponed my pickup until next Friday or Saturday - I perfectly understand the dilemma posed by the weather but this put me in a difficult situation as the horse had to be moved sooner. And there is no telling that we won't have more snow by next Friday. So, I found a local shipper who can take her tomorrow - New Year's Day when the weather is predicted to be clear.
I have no issues w/the shipper - it just couldn't work out for this time.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment On the date of the pickup 5/31/12, I received a call from the shipper saying that his father had died and he had to go back to New Hampshire and therefore he was no longer able to transport my horse, Ladybug. I relisted my shipment through Uship and located another shipper. I am requesting that my payments be applied to the new shipper. Thank you.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider called to tell us that he broke down and it set him back a fair amount of time. He said that he would not be able to meet at the location in the time frame needed. He said we had to cancel the booking and that we would get all the money credited back to us without paying any fees as it was not our fault. He was very good about contacting us and everyone involved in a timely fashion, we would use him again.
