The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The shipper was not able to service the load in a timely enough fashion, resulting in me having to do it myself with my own equipment. Response from hawgtrax: It was unfortunate my trailer was damaged in Texas. Bob was trying to get his new business up and running and couldn't really wait for me to come back out of Canada. Since then, Bob and I have developed a growing business relationship. I wish him well in all his endeavors. I'll be up there in NY soon and hope to meet face to face. I urge all of you to support TopDog by purchasing his lip smacking hot dogs and apparel. Thanks Bro, I'll see you soon. David at HawgTrax MotorSports

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I had listed this shipment as needing to move my vehicle "asap". The date that the shipper agreed to pick-up my vehicle was a misrepresentation of their abilities to actually pick up my vehicle. After waiting for over a month, I was told by the shipper that he was having a hard time finding a driver to pick-up my truck and deliver it in this kind of wintery weather. I had a driver that scheduled to pick up my vehicle, but then backed out 2 days before the pickup date. I had a friend offer to Response from hawgtrax: I have phone logs / file paths that prove I responded to each and every email, text and phone call. The contract that you signed plainly states we cannot guarantee pu/del. dates. I had advised you that someone was available to pick up your truck. We just needed time to arrange other shipments to accommodate this route. Your signed contract arrived in our office on 12/21/09. I assigned your load on 01/18/10. You canceled on 01/19/10. Our contract stipulates a cancellation fee if initiated by you.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Sevice Provider misinterpreted that I needed my car to travel inbond through the US, with being a bonded transporter.
After comunicating with David, and exploring all options I have concluded he cannot perform the service I need. Response from hawgtrax: As a Broker, I am by law required to carry a Bond. As a Carrier, I am required to have valid USDOT, MC and minimum Ins. coverages. I have that. All this information is posted in my profile. I am not however, responsible to pay taxes or customs fees for others property. I charge for transport only and that is reflected in my bid. A regular clearance across the Canadian border will get your shipment to Laredo but you Emilio, must pay the fees. I am still willing to service this load for you. LMK

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I just went t5o finish booking realized it was down wrong for p/u and drop off mixed up should be other way around . Sorry for mix up . Response from hawgtrax: Chris called me immediately upon realizing the listing locations were backwards. We offered to run the load anyway but, the timing and route didn't work. Maybe we can get together on the next one.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I never got my shipment picked up. It has now been six weeks. I want the money you charged my paypal account returned. Response from hawgtrax: I had assigned a driver for this shipment and they were involved in an accident before it was dispatched. Their trailer was totaled and truck damaged extensively. All other drivers with the proper equipment to retrieve an inoperable vehicle were out of the service area. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped In my listing I mentioned that I needed the bike picked up between the 28th and 31st of August. After I accepted the bid from Hawgtrax I found out that he planned to pick it up on the 2nd of September. That being the base, I decided to fly to California and ride it up to Utah myself. After I called Hawgtrax to notify them, he said he could pick it up today (the 31st) - however, my plane ticket has already been purchased. So I am cancelling my Uship listing. Response from hawgtrax: I called Jesse immediately after he accepted my bid. Told him I was in SoCal and making my way up there. I knew I had a shutdown period coming up and had planned to meet another driver in that area right after Labor Day weekend. Jesse agreed to the change in pickup date and made arrangements with the apartment complex for me to get the bike on that day.The next day he changed his mind about shipping the bike and decided to ride it to Provo, Utah instead. He also agreed on a cancelation fee.
