Unprofessional, lack of communication and did not live up to the delivery as promised. Paid more than 50% up front. Delivered the vehicle three days late without adequit communication. Once the vehicle was picked up they forgot who was the customer.

Shipment showed safely. However, very poor business practices overshadow the job. In a cash only business (NO other means to pay), I planned to meet the shipper at the destination. However, the shipment was four days late and I had a flight home. Since I wasn't there with cash my only recourse was to wire the funds, and my shipment was held until the $$ showed up in their acct. They threatened to charge me for lodging for having to wait. Accept more terms for payment and be punctual!!

S&J are the best! They picked up my car on the east coast within a day and delivered it in less than a week. Heather was always available to give me an update on their progress. I was transporting a classic car so i needed the best enclosed transport i could find, and S&J was it. Their price and service could not be beat. It was a great sight to see my new classic arrive in a private enclosed trailer, not a huge packed rig.

WoW ! Picked up & delivered coast to coast in a week. Heather and Josh kept me informed as needed while in transit and went above and beyond in helping to unload this salvage vehicle I purchased from an insurance auction. Unknown when purchased, car had suspension damage making it almost impossible to roll or steer. They were patient and took the time to make sure no additional harm came to the car or tires. Thanks ! They were 6 hours late for our agreed pick up time, and arrived 24 hours later than promised. They never took the initiative to call me to notify their delay; I always had to call and inquire where they were while I waited. In addition, my battery was dead when my bike arrived. I'm pretty sure they left my key in the ignition during the entire trip (12 hrs from Atlanta to Queens) because I had just replaced my battery 2wks prior. I had to get it towed to my dealer and recharge it.

Tried several time to contact this customer while in route,she was to busy partying to respond.Secondary contact number no answer.Pick up was dead on time.Later drop off due to her being unavailable till the next day.Then had to wait for 2.5 hours for her to come to the door.Keys are never left in any auto!Even pushed bike to her apartment for her.She said she was happy with shipping!Would have made things right if I would have known it was wrong!

Rating: Negative Left for: JeffreyCooper (-1) On: 10/19/2009 For: 2002 3470 Express - Cruisers Y	This customer broke several rules in the shipping contract.He had the inside of the boat packed full with personal items.Had an issue with payment at drop off.Had to take bikes to a different location than listed on the contract.Also was delayed due to waiting on the boat to go thru decontamination,then had to fix his boat trailer due to poor maintenance at no extra cost while he sat there watching and drinking beer.I also was fined by DOT due to extra weight in the boat from personal items! Response from JeffreyCooper: Paid B4 arrvial;wired to bogus acct (hers) Pers. items were PFD's & boat stuff(antennas, covers)+4 bike wheels (bikes in the deal). No way 2 accept funds except for wire & Wstrn Union. Even WU says NO WAY! Pd cash when I saw them, and even wired $ in-transit to pay for gas. Bunk broke, which I paid for. SHARED beer with son/hubby while the 4 bolts were insta'ld. Decon? Ovrweight? Who're the pros here? Be on-time, and you get paid $. Don't threaten/hostage when UR late. I was there-were u?
