Car was damaged during transit. Hardtop flew off and hit road, Battery in trunk slammed the top of th trunk (inside) and dented the trunk from inside. No offer was made to pay for this damage or explanation. I figure truck ran off road. Battery was found in trunk on it's side, bounced out of its battery box.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment The service provider had other business could not transport himself, so he was going to have one of his drivers deliver it. The truck broke down on his driver who was leaving his employment and was not able to deliver my trailer. So I have to start the process over and find another transport company

This transport was done in July of 2008. Almost one year ago. Now, in June of 2009, this customer claims I damaged his truck. He is untruthful and if his vehicle was damaged a year ago, why is he just now claiming it. He needs to get a life.

Can't say enough good things about this experience. This was my first time shipping anything and I was extremely nervous about the whole situation. Paul told me when the car would be picked up and when it would be delivered. Both estimates were dead on and it just could not have been any easier. My M5 arrived in Houston exactly as it left Florida. No ding. No scrapes. Thank you so much Paul and Steve, you'll get all of my business in the future.
