A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The shipper globalforwarding wants me to fill out an open credit card form, which I found out to be okay with me, because I do not want to be hit with hidden costs. I intiated the cancellation. I would like you to relist my item. The shippent booked on 3.27.2009 up to this time 04.08.2009 we did not recieve any respond from this customer.We would like to cancel this shipment. Thank you.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I talk to representative of Global Forwarding 1 day after accepted the bid and have been told the truck come last Tuesday and never mention any form or prepay /w credit. Last Thursday a lady call from Global brought up require to form to filled out. I mention that I was on road. I will filled out the form when I got back. Next mornig log into Ushp to see any form for filled out and found out Global cancelled. Contacted them and no response. My man keep asked when to pickup the item. Response from globalforwarding: This shipment has been booked on 3.24.2009 and this issue we are not able resolve he does not want to pay up front, he wants to pay driver.
From 3.24.2009 by now 4.8.2009 he did not fill out credit card form.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I have always paid for shipping when the item is shipped and they are wanting paid in full with my credit card information ahead before the item is shipped. It has been several days without the item shipped. I would prefer to go with another shipper more suitable to my needs. Thank You. Response from globalforwarding: We value your comments.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider In 10 years of shipping motorcycles I have never met a company who won't/can't give me an address location of where to drop my shipment... VERY bizarre! Response from globalforwarding: Roger cancelled his UShip order because he failed to give pick up and destination addresses. We cannot pick up or deliver products without a proper location and contact information. We cannot tell you where to drop your products off, you need to provide a location. Plus accessorials are extra fees, when quoting please note any accessorials you may need or want (i.e. residential pick up, lift gate etc.)
