I have worked as a truck driver since the age of 21 and have over 15 years of experiance operating heavy vehicles. During that time ive driven a wide variety of trucks from 12T Tray trucks delivering plasterboard for Boral, 14T Twin Steer Tippers, (also called 8 wheelers), carting dirt, rock and concrete, a variety of 8T - 12T Tautliners doing local deliveries, (Bris, Gold Coadt & Sunshine Coast), and Truck & Dog Tautliners running loads between Townsville to Mackay & Townsville to Cairns. In 2011 i returned to Brisbane from Nth Qld and went into business for myself forming GCT Haulage and working as a subcontractor through Phoenix Transport providing outside hire services for a wide variety of customers, many of whom are major Transport companies. My truck is a 1994 International Acco Tautliner, (Curtainsider). It has a 12 pallet body, 2.5m wide x 2.1m height x 7.4m long & a maximum carrying capacity of 12T. Ive joined Uship hoping to expand my sources of work.
