The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment The shipper agreed to pick up vehicle on a certain date and when it came time to pickup vehicle a truck was not free to pickup our vehicle causing us to find another shipper

Very good. This provider worked with my delivery dates and the transport company that ultimately delivered the vehicle was just wonderful - driver/owner took great care and was most pleasant. Gizzmo Link ran into unforeseen delays in the shipment that cause our truck to be off schedule 4 days. In the transport business some things occur that are out of our control. When problems or delays come up we work to resolve them as quickly as possible. We actually picked up the vehicle 9 days after booking the shipment, and feel that we do not deserve the Neutral or the terrible star rating either, we kept in constant communication regarding the delay as we do with every shipment.

I was very happy with the service provider and with the transporter. Timing on delivery was excellent and the means of contact was exceptional. I will definitely use uship, gizzmolink and the transporter again. Thank you to everyone who was involved with getting my car home to Canada.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved gizzmolink wanted me to sign an unreasonable four page agreement with them, then they would broker out my transport within 15 days. they also wanted me to send them more money as a deposit after uship had collected my deposit. please relist this transport request asap!

Having dealt with this character before, we knew this was not going to be a smooth transport. He is full of lies, first off the agreement is only 3 pages, 1 telling us where to pickup & deliver the vehicle, 1 providing info about the transport process, 1 discussing payment methods, the is nothing 'unreasonable' about it, this only insures the transport is legal and covered by insurance. We never collect any money until we have issued pickup dates,our profile clearly explains the process.

Our profile clearly explains our shipping process, and we never change the time frame or request any extra money all bids are flat rate. The agreement is only 3 pages and 1 of them tell us where to pickup and deliver the vehicle and the other gives payment options, by NO means is it "unreasonable". We use our own trucks and the help of qualified carriers.
