So you have time to post this response (in less than hour after I left my review of your company), but not to answer any of the phone messages I've left for the last month? Only verifies the low quality of customer service exhibited by your company. And for the record, the shipment was NOT picked up earlier than scheduled. Delivered? Yes, and even that had it's own issues and mis-communications.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment This service provider has been telling me for over one week that they are going to assign a truck to pick up this vehicle. Every day it is a different issue and the vehicle has not been picked up. I have had enough and expect a full refund!!!

No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period On 3/29/11 I accepted Gizzmo's bid to ship my KIA to Balto., Md.from West Palm Beach, Fla. However to date it has never been assigned a truck. 2 msgs. sent but " still wkg. on it ", phone call not retd as too reason for DELAY(?)..Offered a $50 increase over original accepted price/offer.. D Noda... thought about flying down and driving it back myself ( still an option) but prefer carrier delivery. I'm sorry Gizzmo didnt continue a dialog w/me but time ran out with my patience.
