The guy finally called saturday and said I could pick up the mower and he really sounded like a stoner, so I just drove down saturday and picked it up myself so I could check out the mower and make sure there were no issues with it. Thanks for your help and sorry and couldn't complete the transaction trust me it would have been alot cheaper paying you. Thanks, Rick

Despite several messages left for shipper they have not picked this order up and we had to cancel the orde rand refund the customers money.

Response from getitfast: we had spoke with mr.brandon at 5pm on 2/1/08 arranged for pickup on 2/3/08 but ran into complications and contacted him again on the morning of 2/2/08 and both parties kindly agree to cancel and he would relist...sorry again brandon... jeff with getitfast

Response from getitfast: The shipper needed to postpone there move for 4 to 5 weeks we were not available for there new dates. They notified us of there change of plans in ample time and we rate them as an A+ customer

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
I spoke with Jeff a few days prior to the scheduled pickup day, but have not been able to contact him since. I have tried calling, emailing, and submitting questions and posts on uShip, but have received no response. After moving forward with Jeff's bid, he made himself available and has been very friendly, so I am not sure what would cause this to happen. This was a very important shipment, so unfortunately I can no longer wait and will have to cancel this match.

Response from getitfast: I was scheduled to pick up Dave's items on a return from AZ. pickup was out side of Dallas when I got to Huston I called for a day and a half. with no luck I got an answering machine that said they would be out of town for a week. Dave had given me his mothers number as a second contact but it was in my cell along with his cell number. and my phone crashed I tried my Sim card in my sons phone to retrieve the numbers and that wasn't successfully. I ACSEPT full responsibility for the confusion.

Thank You so much Getitfast for the great job and customer service. The shipment of my mobile kitchen was on time and when you left you noticed by crank on the tongue was bad and turned around and had them change it out from the mfg. I made new friends across miles and had an opportunity to share our community with you.

Response from getitfast: We drove 150 miles to pickup this shipment that was listed as 6,500 lb but was actually 16,000 lb Liana was very understanding of the satiation and I recamended her to re-list with the correct wait.

Jeff and his family were Great Moved our two RV from Houston to Port of Miami Thanks Giving Wk End Price was resonable, they communicated not only with me & the seller but with port of miami to arrange delivery. all this while i was on the beach with a Rum (OH did I mention I based in Jamaica) Very Professional JUST WISH THE SHIPPING LINE WAS AS EFFICENT we still have not got our units (Soon Come no Problem)
