Our goal is to simplify transport and to offer our shippers the best experience. We do have a Dispatching Department, a Customer Service Department and a Billing Department. Once you book a shipment with us, our Customer Service Department will contact you within 12 hours and will confirm every detail of the shipment. When the order is entered into our system, it will automatically go to our Dispatching Department that will assign it to a truck and will make sure it is picked up and delivered as agreed.
