After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider.
The service provider wants to charge more than the $2100 and needs a deposit before pickup. I do not want to pay a deposit other than the amount agreed to pay uship upon acceptance.

What can I say, they picked it up when they said, delivered it on time and were professional and all around nice folks. From the first contact to the last goodby it was pleasant to do business with them. I will reccomend them and I will hire them again.

Response from freightconcepts: I requested the cancellation..... watch out for this idiot. We wasted 6 hours and about $200 in fuel. He doesent even own the machine we were picking up? he stillowed $5000 and they wouldent release it. also the tires are flat and it has no batteries to start??? come on? i called him and said he needs a mechanic or to pays us to get it in running order. He declined saying to do it for the same price..... I requested a cancleation not this guy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
Freight Concepts did not show up on the agreed upon time and date after multiple confirmations. I re-confirmed with Jason the night before scheduled pickup. We were unable to reach Freight Concepts the entire day. He shut his phone off and when we finally reached him, he was unable to accommodate the load in the coming days. It was a nightmare. We had an upset customer and understandably so. Lesson learned.

Response from freightconcepts: Ryan thanks bud... You had the load posted for pick up wendsday and thursday deliver friday. My truck was their wendsday and they would not load after multiple talks with ryan and the manufacturing company. Trucking companies cant afford to sit for a day to accomodtae a cheap shipper who will not pay more and still expect an overnite delivery 600+ miles. Get real and good luck with future shipments.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
The service provider di not call me until 2 weeks later, after I found other means to ship. He called & apologized that the email he received from Uship went into his junk mail & he did not see it. We are requesting full review & refund.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
All his trucks are in CA and my load is in FL; it will take too long for him to get there and its been nearly 2 wks already, so we agreed to cancel load.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped.
the individual who sold me the item i was having shipped thru uship, decided to sell the unit to someone else after, I repeat after, I paid for the unit and arranged for the shipper to pick it up. Upon the shipper confirming the pickup details then, and only thne was I informed that the unit had been "accidently" sold twice. So they refunded my cash payment but I now need my shipment retracted. Thanks
