I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I left two voicemails, before the phone number provided stopped accepting voicemails. I also sent two emails with complete contact information, including phone numbers, for both starting and ending points of the shipment. Though the shipper was very responsive during bidding, NO communication since acceptance of bid has been seen or heard.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I accepted the bid from this shipper on July 25, 2012. He was supposed to pickup my motorcycle before August 8 and deliver before August 13. On August 10
I asked seller if he had been contacted by this shipper and he said he had not.
I started to send emails to shipper on August 10 and finally received an email
response on August 13 indicating his sister was in serious motorcycle accident and had passed away on August 13 and asked me for a few more days. Due to this obvious family tragedy, I

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I have tried calling fastshippersusa repeatedly and no one ever answers the phone. I had a specific window of time for pick up and delivery and he has not shown any form of responsibility or communication. I am very annoyed and disappointed.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The shipper has told me that they will pick up the shipment on 2 separate occasions but did not pick up the motorcycle. I have attempted to contact them and they will not answer the phone number or respond to text messages.I have been reasonably patient waiting for this shipper and giving them ample opportunity to perform the service. There seems to be a pattern developing looking at all the cancellations this month for this shipper. I am not sure what issues they have but I am requesting a full
