We ran into a few problems but Bob handled them all. First off, the vehicle I purchased online that was supposed to run great, didn't start when Bob got there (Stay away from Somerset Motor Credit and Leasing in NJ). Then he ran into some nasty weather and snow on the delivery day. Got my truck where it needed to go as expected so I am happy. Price was fair for a tow service.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment custormer had listed forklift as 6000ib drove 4hrs to get to him with an equipment capable to haul 6000ib,custormer had 2 item so i figure out i will pick one at a time, getting there forlift was 8000ib, custormer would not acknowledge his mistake, i tried to accommodate him by finding other means to haul this goods, he wouldnt accept a shift in date it was friday and nothing i could do till monday but he wont accept for me to do it on monday.His thing was my way or no other way.

From the tone of this note you can see this guy is hard to work with, if for some reason i cancelled on a job,will you now say extreme warinig in regards to that company; it goes go show why this job was cancelled, its wrong making false accusation and trying to get over,this guy needs his own transportation company with his attitude;How can one work for a custormer looking for every way to get over,i have close to 100 percent positive rating wont cry over 1 bad one

i apologise to the shipper for not been able to carry out my duty for him, i bid thinking it was 1300 ibs forklift later came to realise it was 13000 ibs forklift, the truck i had at that location will not be able to accomodate it so i called the shipper immediately to notify him and sincerely apologise to him;i wouldnt want nothing to happen to his forklift even though the bid was worth it, because my gurantee to all my customers is your goods will get to your destination as was handed to us.
