A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Last minute scheduling difficulty with customer to whom car is being delivered, that the shipper & I could not resolve despite diligent efforts. Awesome shipper, but a scheduling issue last minute we could no overcome.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider, Eric eventhough he had guaranteed to to pick up today after he had missed his agreement last week he just told me that he would not be able to pick up. He is very irresponsible, I start paying late penalties as of today. Response from ericneal: the pic shows wheels under truck after accepting the storage yard told me that the wheels and suspension were ripped out in the accident and a forklift would be needed to load thats why we couldnt get it

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Eric left my car sitting at the auction facility incurring storage fees ($380 as at this morning) for more than two weeks after his bid was accepted. He is very unprofessional, moved pickup dates numerous times while promising to pickup a part of the storage fees; Of course he reneged on that promise. I will never again use his services or for that matter recommend him to anyone. This experience has been a total nightmare. Response from ericneal: DONT EVEN TRY after accepting my bid he wanted me to pick up another car so i did it when i dropped it off he tried to work me over on the money. when i got to florida i found out he had storage 360.00 due. he wanted me to pay it and said we would work it out later SORRY I DONT WORK 4 FREE.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped I no longer need my car shipped because i am in the navy and just recieved orders for over seas unexpectedly. The service provider always had good communication tho and was very professional about the situation.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved This is nonsense !!!! The shipper never followed through with contacting the military bases in advance to confirm available pick-up dates, as he was directed too !!! Very poor service !!!!
Response from ericneal: im not the problum when i was coming back across country the trucks werent ready for pick up.i told you that and even left you a good feedback and your deposit back and this is what i get in return. THANKS i hope you never get those trucks off those screwed up bases.what do you think im gonna do camp out at those bases until they feel like letting me in. I DRIVE CROSS COUNTRY AND MOVE STUFF i dont sit around kissing A## and begging people for trucks if things arent ready i dont camp

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Eric Neal and I agreed he would pcik up the items at Upper Saddle RIver last Saturday. He had my cell, house and work #s and did not call me but continuouly contacted the lady where the skis were. She stated Eric yelled at her because he could not locate the address. He still did not pick-up the skis. He called the location of the skis and told her he hurt his back and could not pick up the skis. At no time did he contact me who he is contracted with. I would like my initial payment returned to Response from ericneal: NICE TRY the addreses filled out were incorrect the phone #s were also false this happens for a couple of reasons cheating on milage,drugs,or scared of internet. reguardless i cant pick up stuff at the wrong address with the wrong contact info.THESE PEOPLE HAVE SOMTHING TO HIDE AND I DONT WANT ANY PART OF IT.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The vehicle was supposed to be picked up Saturday (8-29-09) but the shipped could not make it. We then rescheduled for Sunday (8-30-09) but the shipper again could not make the pickup. Finally the shipper was supposed to pick the vehicle up today (8-31-09) but he informed me that he could not pick it up until tomorrow (9-1-09) and I spoke with him and informed him that I would like to cancel the shipment. He agreed and everything is fine.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Response from ericneal: unfortunatly i picked up 2 four wheelers that were listed smaller than they actually were before i got to the trike which left no room for this shipment. ITS VERY IMPORTANT TO BE AS ACCURATE AS POSSIBLE IN YOUR WEIGHTS AND MEASURMENTS.
