Cap seemed good initially, but he hit a curb on route and gouged two rims on the trailer (custom, low profile trailer). He initially said his insurance would take care of it but he hasn't responded to emails or calls from us or the customer. Overall very dissatisfied with the customer service and professionalism of this shipping company. I would like to use them in the future but won't unless this is resolved. -Bart Echo Bay Marina

WOW, this is shocking. I might of hit a curb on one rim. I met them at the border. They inspected the boat and signed off on the paper work (No Driver Damage)They called me 1 hr later and told me about the rim. I agreed to pay for it. He emailed me last week to ask me if I was going to take care of it and again I told him yes, but I still need a estimate. I still have no estimate. I have received no calls or emails from you. Just this negative feed back. This is not fair to me. Thanks Cap

Everything went smooth , The trailer had a wiring issue that they patched up before they left and made sure the bearings had grease since it looked liked it had not moved for a while

DNR transport delivered my boat safe and sound. They were flexible with the delivery time, which was a huge help. As a fist time shipper, I was nervous about the process, but Cap was very nice and respected all my requests.

This is by far the best shipper I have ever come acrossed in the the shipping I have ever done. Was very helpful in commutation with the seller that I was buying from. Shipper was in route before schedule and was delivered ahead of time. Will be doing all my shipping with this shipper from now on. Get a five star from me.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved She new we would drop off around the 20th of this month. She called me today and told me she can not meet me this month. I told her I can do it next month. Lynn said that won't work either. I found out later that she is trying to get someone outside uship to do the job. You can go through my notes and see I canceled my first bid because I could not leave KS until after the 10th to pick up, she went with someone else. It did not work out and she requested a bid and went with me on my dates. Cap

As noted in the post the pick up was the 10th. Not after 12th or 14th. Only a 3 day window for delivery was given. I had too many arrangements to make at home and a 5 1/2 hour drive to meet him. I would not have taken the bid had he told me pick up was going to be middle of the month and drop off somewhere around the 20th. Sorry I was unable to work with an unknown date. "Around" is not a date.

No Detailed Feedback Available A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I am unable to meet the service provider as originally planned, my husband has been called out of town for work and I am not able to find someone to watch our children for the dates I have been given of June 19th - 21st. I had thought the trailer was going to be dropped off around the 14-17th but this did not work for DNR and I tried to work with the dates they gave me. Thank you Lynn

As a result there seems to be two shipping companies that were paid with my credit card to do the same job. This obviously not the intention and does not make sense. I would like a full refund back to my card for the amount of $438.63. This was for BO1113667199 and IP652490.
