Piano was delivered in good shape and movers did an excellent job of moving it from CA to CO. The delivery date was delayed about 2 weeks due to problems with the moving truck, but they did a good job of informing me of the situation and did deliver the piano on time on the adjusted delivery date. I had no issues with the move and would use them again.

Shipment delivered in good condition, carefully packaged. Very good communication and problem resolution -- truck broke down and delivery was delayed, but good communication and flexibility on dates made it all work out well.
