The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time hi,i will quote the email i received from my booked transporter.I request a cancelation ASAP so i can get another transporter.

Hi, I am sorry just got to a computer. I had my truck broken into at gas station, my fault left unlocked while went to restroom. stole wallet, i phone, briefcase and my comp. I have been stuck. I will request a cancellation, because I have to return home to replace items and drivers lic, etc. I don't think I can get back till next week, i don't know yet. I know Response from davefred: This customer was a nice guy, though he was foriegn and did not speak english and had to have 2 different people translate the shipment for him. I just needed a couple extra days to regroup lost items such as drivers license, credit cards, etc which is needed to transport. Sorry for any inconvience. Thanks Dave

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I told you what davefred told me about why he didn't pick up the sled.He never did call on Thurs. to confirm pick up on Fri which he should have done regardless of who was picking it up..He finally called on Mon and then never did call after he spoke to you.We spoke on Tues.when he said he would get the sled on Mon which was fine and it wasn't important when I received the sled.I also told him I would give a positive feedback.Now I am having to pay to store the sled.Thanks Randy

I no longer need my item(s) shipped There was a error on my end with the pick up location of this unit. this unit is not in Troy, NY it is being stored somewhere else.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I spoke with the service provider who assured me the motorcycle would be picked up before I have to pay for storage. I told him I would call him back with the exact gut-off date. I called and left a voicemail giving him the date (Nov 5) and told him to call me to let me know he got the message. That was on Oct 31. Yesterday I accepted another bid form a different shipper and now have 2 accepted bids for the same shipment. I feel the original shipper could have picked up the motorcycle by now.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped dealer sold the boat to another person even if i had a deposit on it and was flying to florida to see it...
Lost 500$ on the plane ticket and had a hard to get the boat dealer to give me back my 500$ deposit..

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time My boat was supposed to be picked up by Tuesday Am at the latest.
We had originally agreed on sunday pick -up which he moved back due to something coming up. He said he would be in the area for delivery by monday PM.
I just called the auction and boat is still there and I have not talked to him
since Sunday, I believe. He has not tried to contact me and I have tried both numbers left online with no response. It is now wednesday PM. Response from davefred: I totally accept the responsibility for this shipment. It was a miscommunication on my part with the dates and times. By the time I got the messages and saw the mess-up on my schedule, it had been cancelled and I apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused. As you can see by my 100% positive feedbacks, I have always picked up and delivered in a safe and timely manner. Thank you, Dave

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved shipper tried to pick up at business on SUNDAY. Place was closed and after he called the seller found out he could not complete mission on Sunday and left without my Harley

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The only reason I cancelled was a shipping scheduling conflict. Dave was extremely professional to work with. Very customer service oriented. I will look to use Dave in the future.
