Shipment was good....... Was able to shift pick up locations after VI Cargo changed destination port by accident causing a 2 1/2 day delay and $1500 extra charges... no fault of the Charlie and GO DEEP transport. Will work it out with VI CARGO.......

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The shipper had excellent communication after the bid was accepted. However, we could not agree to the terms of payment. I did not feel their ad clearly states the terms they subsequently said they wanted, and I would not have accepted the bid if I had known. They were very responsive and easy to communicate with after the bid. We should have had that much conversation prior to my accepting the bid.

Charles and Jennifer are true professionals. Excellent communication and follow through. They perservered in spite of mechanical breakdowns and weather delays. After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider The service provider did not want to get to the boat to pickup before paying to them at least 50% of the shipment. I asked them to look at the boat first and assure me that they can perform the shipping since I have had many cancellations before and they refused. I am afraid to send the money and they tell me they could not do it and I hold more money since I did not receive any of the 4 previous cancellation deposits till now.

Shipper accepted my bid and then tried to negotiate a COD payment. Informed him that we don't do cod's. I also informed him that I couldn't drive 1200 miles just to inspect whether I could deliver his boat or not. This shipper has been trying to ship this boat for almost a year and has had 4 cancellations. There most be a problem with the shipper. Transporters beware.

Lance was a great client and we thoroughly enjoyed meeting him. So much that we spent a little time socializing after the work was done.
