The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Prior to Mr Taylor leaving his destination to come pick boat, he was fully aware that the boat had to be loaded in the water and said he would do it if I would pay an additional $100 to repack his bearings. When he got here it was obvious he had the wrong kind of trailer.The trailer he had was to accommodate a boat with outdrives, my boat has V drives. At that point he said he could not do the job but would refund $700 of $1263 we paid him upfront. He now will not refund that.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment the boat i had listed had a weight of 13,00 lbs as advertised after placing his bid and i accepted it the shipper swaid the boat is 15000 lbs and wanted to recind the bid. I emailed him nand assured him that the wt was 13,500 as this boat did not come with an arch. there was no response. It was the shipper that canceled the aggreement and i will forward his email if you would like. I would like 100%of my payment plus the 35.99 since it was the shipper who backed out not me Thankyou Ken

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved After reading the carriers terms more closely and their reviews I am not comfortable working with this carrier under their terms. They want all money paid up front before the boat is even picked up and there were comments in reviews that prices changed after boat was picked up. I prefer to work with one of the other carriers that only require a down payment with full payment made upon satisfactory delivery. After getting this carrier's contact information no one answered the phone either which c Response from ctaylor82: Client & I agreed on payments of 50% down & 50% @ delivery. It was a time-sensitive trnasport, therefore we only had 3 days to receive payment & order & receive permits. Client refused to pay wire transfer fee of $25, therefore no payment was made. NYC & NY state take 48 hrs to issue permits. Since no payment was made, no permits were ordered. Because of non-payment, the transport window for this shipment closed. We are no longer able to transport the shipment in the requested timeframe.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved There was a miscommunication between myself and the shipper resulting in cancellation. Communication with the shipper was beyond excellent and they worked diligently as possible to help resolve the issue, but in the end we couldn't find a viable solution. Will most certainly do business with this shipper in the future. Response from ctaylor82: Jeff had two shipments to be picked up. He mistakenly listed the mileage for the shorter distance. The second item was several hundred miles away, therefore the price would change significantly. We suggested that he re-list the items and use the farthest distance to compute the rate. He was a very nice guy. He just made a mistake listing the shipment. No harm, no foul.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider i dont feel i should pay 4thousand dollars before my boat is even picked up ,i am sorry about this but if you were on the other side and i was asking for 4k you would be weirded out. if you are a straight up business i am sorry for this . but there are many many scams out there ....i just cant do it sorry Response from ctaylor82: Guy agreed to terms (listed in profile) prior to accepting bid. Then he changed his mind. We then changed terms & agreed to allow him to pay small deposit & balance at pickup. He agreed again, only to cancel. I then checked his profile, (which I should have done before bidding on his boat) and found that he had done this (not pay) before. This guy never did anything he said he would do. We don't deal with unethical customers. Glad that he is gone. TSP's beware of this guy. He doesnt like pay.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider " Accepted bid to move boat, agreed upon date and price, Insisted I wire the funds through 2 accounts instead of the normal pay channels. He was 2 days late in picking up boat after he picked up boat he called and said your 8000 lb boat weighs 11,000 lb's. He said he had a scale receipt, (I have never seen)Demanded $1135.00 more to be wired if I ever wanted to see my boat. I asked that he check the boat for water and pull the plug(Boat had been sitting outside for years) He said he is not respon Response from ctaylor82: Big liar. He listed a boat @ 7600 lbs. Catscale weighed boat @ 10820 lbs. Uship & marina has a copy of Catscale weight. The boat was pickup on the 2/17 ontime. Marina will verify that. Shipper was advised that there would be added cost because of the additional weight. Shipper refused and requested that the boat be returned to marina. Shipment was cancelled and the boat was returned to the marina. The marina will verify everything I'm saying. We stand on our track record. Beware of this guy.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Trucking company showed up 2 weeks late and with the wrong trailer. With the wrong trailer the load was over heighth and required extra permits and special routing. Trucker decided to cancel carrying this shipment and offloaded the boat at the origin. No service was provided by the trucking company. A full refund of this booking is requested. Response from ctaylor82: Transporter showed up on time as we always do. We also brought the proper trailer for the height that was listed. Shipper misrepresented the height (boat 2 ft higher) of the boat to get lower rate. Advised the rate would be higher. Initially agreed to pay the added cost,but then changed mind. If the boat's height were listed correctly, it would not have been an overheight load. Customer signed agreement to pay deadhead, per diem & downtime charges. Customer just lied.Case closed. Simple as that.
