I booked this shipment over six months ago and gave over a month window to pick up my bike for delivery. I was blown off and now the ship date has passed and my bike has not been shipped. THe guy was very nice, but now will not return my calls to get a refund. I will never use this service again. I will now not have my motorcycle in Florida for Biketoberfest. How much fun is that going to be.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time pickup was to be Tuesday, June 16th. Contacted shipper several times and was advised that they would be here. Now, a week later, still haven't shown up and have ceased responding to my attempts to contact him.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Then rep. for your company did not tell me that there was no assistance in the yard dftill after the auction, there fore we could not load the siccsor lift. and the truck was heading north today, need to have my equimpment relisted

these guys did a excelent job.would highly recomend them to haul your freight.they picked up my mini cooper when they said they would and they delivered it the next day.i have had several pieses of equiptment hauled in the last few years and none went as smoth as this.A1 all the way.thanks guys.rick k
