A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Item was not picked up within the time frame originally contracted. The contract was for pickup within 14 days of booking, but the item still has not been picked up. Discussed an extended delivery date of May 7th, but I need the item well prior to this date as indicated in the original contract.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I emailed this service provider 2 days ago and called yesterday with no response. This cabinet was supposed to already be picked up and in route to its destination. I need to have this delivered and no longer feel comfortable with this service provider as if they can't contact me, I surely do not want them dealing with my customer whom has bought this item. I need a reliable service provider whom provides communication. I need this canceled ASAP so I can proceed.

Thus, I accepted this bid as I have a tight window in which I was down in NC to be present for the day to accommodate the shippers need to have a large window of time to wait for arrival at the NC location as is true for any shipping pick up I have experienced. After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider I accepted this shipper's bid based on his promise to deliver the item by a specific date. He later informed me that he would not be able to deliver on that date. I accepted his modification and agreed to allow him to deliver on a later date, which he left unspecified. Then Hurricane Sandy hit, and he understandably was not able to retrieve the items on those days because they were located in New Jersey, albeit far from the New Jersey coastline. My shipper (CW Courier- Chad Wiles) didn't picked my item today (11/04) and not responded to my phone calls so please cancel it and refund my money. Thanks
He confirmed by mails which uship aware of it but didn't picked up items.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment This company has had terrible reviews the last several months, look at their cancellations too. There is NO WAY we are trusting this shipment to them, the last shipper we used was great and and the whole experience was awesome this is why we turned to Uship again but if these are the kind of companies that are on here then NO, we do not want to use Uship folks.
