No Detailed Feedback Available Eric was great to work with!! He encountered some weather issues on the way from Florida to Ohio and was able to protect my shipment and get it to me in a reasonable amount of time. Very easy to work with!!!!

No Detailed Feedback Available This shipper was very courteous and helpful. Shipment was picked up as agreed and he even altered his schedule/route in order to accommadate a change in destination. The timing needed to change because of a delayed closing on the house where the shipment was to be delivered. He even helped load the shipment onto the truck, which was very much appreciated.

I just reviewed my response and noticed it had a "neutral" instead of a "positive" feedback. Being new to this system, I probably hit a wrong button. This should have been listed as definitely "positive". Don't know where the error was made, but I couldn't have been happier with the shipment - don't know how much more POSITIVE it could have been. Anyone know how to get that changed from NEUTRAL to POSITIVE? The recipients of the shipment on the other end were just as happy as I was. THANKS

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Do to serve weather the trailer was damage approx 15' trailer company can not work on it untill next wednesday it is throwing scotts time frame off. We rented a small trailer and the truck is delivery but the trailer will not haul a auto unless scott can wait untill a few days and i will send the truck inbound from texas up to pick up his auto

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time tonya was told on the 25 of july the truck would be there on the 27(friday) of july after 1:00 pm the truck was there [address removed] at 1400 hrs they waited untill 2:30 then they left because nobody was home three card were left 2 on the front door and 1 at the mail box she has a white brick home with a curve driveway.. its not that my truck was not there she was not Home as shr stated that she would be

This shipper, was very enjoyale to work for, we had troubles at frist with a unsafe trailer, this trailer was JUNK but the shipper work for the service provider and made this load happen

If tkbelt would stay home instead of shopping she would have seen the truck and trailer at her home. She knew we were coming after 1:00 p.m but she left. I am glad it happen this way then have delivery of her stuff... i just wounder if she would have paid us??? So we are going to invoice her for the equipment (truck & trailer)for a waste of time, labor and fuel and we will see what her payment history will be, so she can expect a invoice in her mail box very soon.she could not even return a call
