The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time DO NOT USE THIS MOVER! Great communication in the beginning, but a no show on the day of the move. Haven't received any response to voicemails or emails. I understand that things happen, but I don't understand not letting me know if you are unable to complete the move. Now, I have to re-list my bid with only 2 days to move! UNRELIABLE!!!! Response from bmblakesr: This client agreed to allow pickup on the following Sunday after our phone conversation. We had arranged to have a friend meet me at the pickup. She understood my situation and even said that she would not cancel the shipment on me. I headed towards the address and received a call from her changing her mind. The client was the one that was unreliable. She said she would leave me a good report if I made sure she got here deposit back but I guess she forgot. She said she appreciated my efforts

I no longer need my item(s) shipped The items I planned to ship are no longer available. My family members who are in possession of the items gave them to another family member because their need was more urgent. Very upsetting but that means I will be buying brand new furniture! I am so grateful for all of the communication my shipper has already provided and am disappointed I cannot use his excellent services.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Bernard was originally supposed to pick up my shipment on 8/30. He called to change the date to 9/2 stating he would call would me the evening of 9/1 to confirm a time. He never called me. I left two messages on the evening of 9/1 with no response. I left two more message on 9/2 and no response. He never came to pick up my shipment. I now have to pay for storage until I can find another bidder. Sadly, I listed my shipment one month in advance and had flexible dates for pick-up that other bidders Response from bmblakesr: The client agreed to the date changed. Then she said she would reschedule in one month because she was going out of the country. It remained on my list and then it was cancelled. I don't totally understand what happened after our final phone conversation.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I have tried to contact mover several times, I have not received any response the phone number listed is a non working number. I contacted your support number and Jaime tried to contact shipper as well, number listed does not work. I need to be listed back on site to set up shipping again and need my credit card refunded for prepayment

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I have sent 3 emails and called over 15 times over a two week period and can not reach Mr. Blake. There has been no response to my emails. The phone number listed always goes to voicemail and a recording states "you can not leave a message, voicemail box is full." Since he accepted the bid I no longer had an active bid on the web site & now only have three days to try to get a new service provider.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Me and my husband have called and texted and emailed this service provider several times. I am pushed in a bind to move the items myself or find someone else last minute that may not be in our price range. The phone number we called is the one on file and it goes to the voice mail which states that it is full and no voice mails can be left. No emails have been returned. A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I had requested the TSP's license and contact info for his insurance policy, and he had offered to provide it yesterday but didn't get around to doing so. I'm not sure what the issue was, but today the TSP requested the cancellation, saying he could not pick up my shipment due to a family emergency in TX. I'm sorry to hear that... God bless.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider agreed to pick up the shipment on Sep 14, but finally didn't show up. Due to the tight schedule, we had to hire another truck to pickup next day. The service provider didn't do any services during the procedure.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped I was moving to Ohio. My new job fell through and so I can't move. If things change I will certainly use Uship (this was so easy!). I will also ask for Mr. Blake. He was so very nice and accomodating! I felt I was in great hands between Uship and Mr. Blake! Thankyou
