Great job! Brian does an outstanding job and i would recommend this man to move anything any where anytime you wont find anyone better keeps in contact with you throughout trip also rv broke 2-3 times and always had it fixed along the way took care of better than i would've . Moved this RC 2012 without a single issue have used many times since and would have to say OUTSTANDING !

In our agreement it clearly stated the fuel is the responsibility of the trucker. The truck was empty when Brian picked it up in north Carolina so I agreed to pay for the fuel. When the truck was dropped off in Bellingham the truck only had 1/4 tank of fuel in it. It cost me two hundred dollars to fill it. When I tried to explain this to Brian he became angry and wasn't able to follow what I was saying. In the end I just paid because I didn't want the hassle. Shippers Beware of extra $$$$$$$$

Steve was great to work with until it came time to pay for services rendered.Bid details clearly state the vehicle is to be "full of fuel" at time of pick up. The vehicle was completely empty of fuel. Total cost to fill the vehicle was over $300 verified by dated receipt. In short, I delivered a 16 yr.old vehicle 3000 miles in better condition than when I picked it up and received neutral feedback. Bid details also specify balance due upon delivery. Delivery was on 8/11. Balance paid 8/14.

Very positive feedback. Brian delivered as scheduled, he checked the coach out before leaving and continually monitored the unit the full trip. Communication between Brian and I was great from start to finish. It is nice know that the is still some honest and dependable left in this work. Brian was exceptional. He went out of his way to pick up a couple of ambulance stretchers at no extra charge. Very reliable and professional. I would recommend Brian and definately use him again.

Brian delivered my 28 foot sailboat, approximate weight of 6,000 pounds from Arizona to Texas without incident and helped immensely upon arrival with launching the boat. I was a little disappointed in the early stages of our preparations with Brian's lack of communications but all went well with the delivery so perhaps I wanted too much. Overall, I would certainly consider doing it again!!

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The bid details clearly stated the deposit amount required at time of booking. After bid was accepted I attemted to contact the shipper to discuss details of the shipment however two phone calls and two emails went unanswered. I declined other shipments during the time period agreed upon in the bid details which at this late date will cause me a loss of revenue.

No Detailed Feedback Available I no longer need my item(s) shipped The owner of the RV has lost the title. He is in MT with the RV and it is titled in FL. He is currently trying to get a new title from FL. It will be at least a few days before he is able to get the title. Then he has to sign it and return it to me. Then I have to get a new title and plates and send them back to him. This has now but it out of the time range of my current provider and I will have to relist when it all takes place.I am sorry for the problem, but it is out of my control. Thanks Do

Have been a series of excuses for not being able to complete transaction on time. Ex: weather, custom truck work, family emergencies, culminating in the cancelation of the shippment. Put me in a terrible bind, have people depending on this shipment!

I regret having to delay or postpone pick-up/delivery of the BASKETBALL SHOOTING MACHINE and apologize for any inconvenience inflicted upon those DEPENDING ON RECIPT OF THE GAME. However, road closures due to inclement weather and the unexpected illness of a family member are issues that were unavoidable and beyond my control. I contacted this customer daily informing him of delays as incurred. Customer satisfaction is most important and is evident by the feedback left by all other past clients.
