This transaction could not have gone any smoother. uShip is great and Bill Willis is a pro! He arrived early at the pickup location and kept in contact with me the whole way. He arrived at the marina the next day early as well and helped with the offloading of my boat (Bill transported both my boat and trailer, which required a boat lift). I cannot say enough about Bill Willis. I would use his services again and would recommend him to anyone needing boat transportation. GREAT JOB, BILL!

No Detailed Feedback Available I could not have been more pleased with Bill. He was timely getting to the moving site; careful with his handling of everything and diligent in getting it to the move site and unloading. I would HIGHLY recommend him to other users.

Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time 2nd REPLY : I was out of town,stuck in bad winter KY,OH Pickups and Deliveries were detained..very poor internet,cell phone serv,3days going from TN to OH and returning late back home.. I did bid on this shipment as having a flexible schedule with no dates,sorry if shipper needed it done sooner than he said. Thank You,BILL WILLIS

No problem at all, all worked out just fine, I was just a little concerned when I did not receive any e-mail replies, or a returned phone call to confirm suppliers receipt of my e-mails, and voice mail message after 5 days of bid acceptance, so, other arrangements had to be made at that time.

No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period e-mailed provider 3 times since bid was accepted 5 days ago, also left voice mail message, and have not received any replies, also reported a problem 2 days ago, still no response. I've already relisted this shipment and hired another provider to do the job.

I was out of town prior to customer accepting bid,traveling NC to TN going to OH,Due to winterly weather and ice covered roads trip took longer to complete.For 4 days I had poor to no cell and internet serv.at all.Returning home to see customer cancelled job.Looking at details of job time frame was " FLEXIBLE " If it needed to be done right-away dates could have been addressed before accepting bid. Email sent to me,Just said he would email me some documents in a day or so,call him at any time.
