BIG DADDY SHRINK WRAP, INC. We have 2 hydraulic trailers to service our customers. We provide local and long distance service. All permits are handled by us on wide loads. If you are shipping overseas, we can handle your shipment to and from any port. We do alot of work in the PORT OF BALTIMORE, and work exclusively with the port and its companies to expedite your shipment quickly and without complications. Our drivers have TWIC cards to enter any port facility, as required by HOMELAND SECURITY. You can be assurred you shipment will make it in time for vessel sailing time. We also can provide cradles for boats with out trailers. Our facility can handle any size boat for delivery to the port. If you require and in water delivery, we can provide you with a captain with over 40 years of experience. If your boat needs to be shipped in a container, we can provide that service also. We are currently accepting PAY PAL for payment to make your transaction move much smoother.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment I had requested pickup and delivery today. I have been in contact with the shipper a few times and was assured that today was going to be fine. I had to call him 3 times yesterday before finally getting an answer at 6:15pm last night that he was not going to be able to pick the boat up today.

I explained our problem. I apologized for the delay and offered solutions that were not in his timeframe Response from fyfmchapin: Absolutely not true. I was in contact with bigdaddyshrinkwrap several times yesterday and every time I got the response "I will call you back in 15 mins". I called back at 6 and left a message stating I would have to move on. Only then did I finally receive a call back. Scheduling conflicts happen, poor communication should not happen.
