I no longer need my item(s) shipped Our customer will arrange their own shipping. Bid accepted 7/15/08; item still not picked up a week later. First told pick up 24-48 hrs, then 7/18/08, then Tuesday 7/22/08. Customer lost confidence and said he will arrange himself.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The shipper had me call the truck driver direct and he was unable and unwilling to haul the load. I think he was afraid that his truck was to small and he would get in trouble at the scales ? We had the load weight refigured and offered to have him weighed before leaving but he decided to take off before they could offer him the deal. The shipper has not made any attempts to contact me about the problem so I dont feel safe letting them haul many thousands of dollars worth of my materials..thank Response from applog: Shipment was suppose to be per the dims 15000 lbs. When the driver arrived the location did not know exactly what to load onto the truck. The location was going to load 19000 lbs on the truck with a trailer that was only capable of hauling 16000 lbs. I had the customer call the driver to work out the situation because there was no sense for the dispatcher to play monkey in the middle. It was easier for the carrier & customer to work out. Finally, we decided to cancel this load due to weight

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I did in fact ask for a different quote, however, I NEVER, cancelled or changed the original quote. I tried to reach applog 6 different times and left messages on their 2 listed phone numbers ,finally when I spoke to a live person on Friday she said she was not in the office and would be there in 30 minutes and call me back. She never called and then on Monday some lady called and when I told her I had to rent a machine because they never showed up she said Theresa was handling this and would Response from applog: Customer wanted to make this a full truck load. We provided a new quote on Thursday. We did a follow up on Monday to check on the status of the quote and if the customer wanted us to arrange the pickup. Customer stated they just wanted to cancel. We do not think that the customer liked the new price but it changed from a partial load to a full truck load price and was higher.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I accepted the bid for $1643.00 because it was a good price. But the service provider told me that they were going to ship me the forklift in 3 to 7 days, it has been at least four weeks and i still do not have my item. I have tried to be very patient and understanding because they told me the driver got sick, but four weeks is to long. At the beginning they answered the phone and always told they were trying to get a driver, but now they dont even answer the phone. Response from applog: Bid accepted 7/14, we advised that it would be a few days that the truck was enroute to Utah. Drivers initial load then cancelled and we advised the customer that we would send another truck. Another truck was on the way and then the customer requested a cancellation. So, it has only been a little over a week since the bid was accepted and then declined.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped Was hoping for a delivery before 7/4/08 but ended up purchasing my own equipment to haul dozer prior to pickup by provider.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider We have made 9 phone calls to transporter and have been told stories to include "cannot get a hold of the driver" , "truck is in route" etc. etc. I have not paperwork any type of paperwork from transporter just less than truthful broken promises. This is an expedited move and they cannot provide the necessary service.

Service Provider cancelled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward Response from applog: Carrier was unable to make pick up with 48' van. There was low lying trees and the only way to get to the facility to pick up was with a Pup trailer that we currently do not have. We advised customer they could bring this to a local terminal but they decided against that.

The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider cancelled They did schedule a pick up on 6/5 and the shipper could not load the items. They said that they would try again the next week. In the beginning and up till that point their communication was great. After the first week, I could never get anyone to call me back. I finally left a nasty message on their answering machine threating to cancel and leave bad feedback on uship and they called back in about 30 minutes. After that, they never returned any phone calls. I would have been more than hap Response from applog: We were unable to get back to the location because we had shipments previously scheduled. We did not call them after we received a nasty message. We had been trying to send emails & phone calls. The customer moved the shipment without calling our office. The customer stated they knew this was not our fault since the shipper could not load us & the following week the shipper was out of town. We were unable to pick up from a vacant facility without having loading assistance.
