THE FORKLIFT WAS PICKED UP BY APPALACHIAN AND NEVER WAS DELIVERED!!!!
APPALACHIAN MADE MANY MISTAKES AND THE FORKLIFT IS "KIDNAPED"BY TRUCKER, BECAUSE APPALACHIAN DON'T PAY HIM. AND ME AS CUSTOMER LOOSE THE FORKLIFT!!!!!.
I WILL PLACE A DEMAND ON COURT FOR CRIMINAL CONDUCTS.

Response from applog: We are working with the driver to return to make delivery. We advised that we would resolve this and that it might be a day or two before we resolve this. This can not be done overnight.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider.
Time came and went waited two weeks to get shipped, still promises to call back, but never called back! Question if they will be able to do it!!

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider.
Communication non existent. Told pickup would be "Wed, if not Thurs". Every time I call I am put off and Appalachian Logistics does not call back, email or contact me. They have put me off so many times that I have recruited another carrier to facilitate shipping.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services.
This company brokers shipping. The company it hired won't do the shipping based on their credit. Thankfully, the company notified me before I paid them. Please look into this matter.

Response from applog: Yes, read our feedback (Broker). Also, we run our own trucks out of Florida. Credit was not up to par due to being in business under a year. Finally, the receiver wanted us to still arrange pickup. Now the item is on our truck & heading north to PA.

Shipment delivered several days ahead of time. Excellent communication. Excellent people to deal with. Very helpful and accomodating. Highly recommend this shipper. If you need something hauled, trust these people to do an excellent job. Thank you for a great job!

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
I guess they could not get hold of the driver...and no one showed up to pick up my dozer
So I had to book another carrier

Response from applog: Accepted bid on Tues to schedule for Thurs. Receiver wanted item picked up on Tues/Weds & delivered Thurs. Miscommunication from pickup & delivery locations. Receiver sent out own truck to pick up the item.
