The good: I have my piano. I never thought I would see it again. The bad: Brent Stembridge should never have been in this business. He drove on an expired driver's licence for over two years. He doesn't have a licence to transport goods across state lines. At one point there were warrants out for his arrest. The Ugly: It's taken 1 year and three months to get my piano back. Uship has been less than helpful, only offering to refund my service fee. Everything else has been up to me.

Brent did an awesome job transporting our Yamaha Baby Grand piano for very reasonable price. He was very easy to deal with and communicate. He has all set of special tools needed to transport such a fragile items as pianos. We were very pleased with his skills and work he has done.

This delivery is quite complex, 18' foot long table, 18 chairs, china, sidboard, one of the most difficult set. Brend done without any problems and customer very pleased with his work.. good communication and very responsible.. thank you

Pickup and delivery at the scheduled times. Reasonable prices. Driver helped me carry the goods up three flights of stairs. Driver also took extra care to avoid damaging the goods. I would highly recommend this carrier for your shipping needs.

Brent was flexible and very easy to work with. He did a great job of communicating his schedule and delivery window. Our friends at the pick-up location also commented on how nice he was to work with! We had a great experience, and our piano is safe and sound, for a reasonable price!

No Detailed Feedback Available After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider I received a call from the shippers wife saying there would be a delay in the shipping. They asked for my credit card info directly to pay entirely before the shipment. I declined, and since have not had any communication from them.
