Hello, I am Jeff with Yes I Can Transport. My wife and myself operate a small animal delivery service. I handle the transportation and care of the animals. My wife handles all of the communications with the clients after booking including daily updates as to my whereabouts so you can track me as I move around the country and how each of the animals are faring on their journey. I have driven over 1 million accident-free, ticket-free miles. I remain in the van so that the pets are not left alone. I stop every 4 to 6 hours to let the pets out to do their business and stretch their legs. All pets must be crated for their safety during transport. I ask that you send along with your pet a supply of their normal food so that their eating is not disrupted.Pets are the only thing I transport. Their safe and quick transport is my main concern. All I need is one opportunity to show you that YES I CAN become your transporter of choice. Thanks for looking, Jeff.

the daily email communication was nice to have. when there was a question, a prompt response was given. overall i'm happy with their service; though would have to say that they would have to work on their friendliness.

Had to look this up, as this was over 6 months ago. After reviewing the shipment, I do not understand where the lack of friendliness came from. Picked up from her parents in CA, very nice people, delivered to Madhu in DC, very nice young lady. Only thing I can think of, concerning not being friendly, was maybe I was agitated trying to locate residence in DC. Driving in that area tends to put me on edge. Other than that, I dunno!!!!!!! LOL.. Dog delivered safely. That's what really matters. Jeff

I always wish they had an "Amazingly Positive" option under Overall Experience for YesICan. I can't say enough wonderful things about Jeff and Deb. We transport so many rescue dogs, and as anyone who knows how rescue is, the only thing certain is that there are dogs to save. Despite a payment hiccup (our fault) Jeff was always professional, flexible, and understanding. Sometimes transporters make me want to get out of rescue. YesICan makes me want to STAY.

We were very pleased with the personal service provided to get our precious cargo from Tucson to Indianapolis. After patiently answering a thousand questions about Wrigley's trip, they continued to keep open communication with twice daily email updates. He was delivered timely and although the trip took 5 days, Wrigley showed no sign for wear. This is a great alternative for pet cargo.

LOVE Yesican! Our babies travel in temp and humidity controlled comfort (with gauge monitored at all times). Our NW volunteers said how the dogs arrive healthy and MUCH less stressed (b/c they get out more often) than with previous transporter. We can tell the care and concern that Jeff has for our babies and this is important to us. We will see you again and again as no one has taken such care of our babies - and this is our #1 concern! :) Love you guys..and our dogs do, too!

I am a breeder of over 50 yrs. Breeding all types of animals and breeding of Canines for over 40 yrs. I have also owned a few dog shops, grooming, training, boarding, etc. I know what goes on behind the scenes. I wish to tell anyone who is looking to ship a large dog that you can trust this company (Debbie and Jeff) I also would like to say that these folks need to survive because they are good folks. good folks are hard to come by. ship your pets through them. don't worry about your pets~10+

Also in the future we would not use this provider or any other in uship do to misleading information on the type of vehicle the animals would have been shipped in.

This is totally bogus. We in NO WAY misrepresented our services. Yes, I pull a trailer that RESCUE animals ride in. No, personal pets ride in the van with me. During the overnight hours, as we explained in our emails, I move the dogs to the trailer as it offers better temperature control than the van. She never even saw pictures of the trailer as we had not sent them by the time we got the cancellation notice. Jeff

This is a bad deal for both Lawrence and Yesican. Booked on 12/1/12 for pickup on 1/2/13-1/6/13. On 1/1/13 we emailed pickup confirmation for 1/3/13. Was informed that Brutus was not arriving in the US until 1/5/13. We were not able to sit and wait as we already have pets on board. This is so sad. After booking, in the process of getting all of Bruno's record and shots in order, a very serious medical condition was found. Subsequently the owners made the very difficult decision that it was in Bruno's best interest to have him put down. Deb & myself were heartbroken to hear this news. Due to overbooking my route, I sincerely regret having to cancel this transport. I take full responsibility for the mistake. This transport was one of the last ones I booked for this route and I knew that I was close to full capacity as far as the miles and hours I had already booked. I thought I would be able to make this transport work with my schedule, but as I made my way through the route I realized that it wasn't. We have learned from our mistake.
