Poor communications; didn't know where my furniture was. They sub'd it to Plycon so I should have gone to them in the first place and saved the middleman fees and headaches. Scheduling was horrible. Response from TransitSystems: According to our records, you never once contacted us to inform us that there was an issue with your delivery. We just contacted Plycon (who you really have the issue with) and they admitted that there was a miscommunication (thier fault) regarding delivery and they rerouted a truck to get your shipment delivered as soon as possible. Unfortunately, these issues arise on occassion. I just wish that you had gotten us involved prior to venting on Uship.

easy to use, I was disappointed that my first bid was cancelled and I was given a credit of $89 and a refund of the balance. So I basically had to use them again to use the credit. But it worked out ok. I would use them again.

I was very impressed with TransitSystems, the bid I accepted thru Uship.com and the employees who handled my transportation needs. They were sensitive to my special requests in protecting the items to be delivered to Santa Fe, NM on April 25th and everything arrived in perfect, "white glove" condition. It was a good choice from pick-up of the goods to their final destination and I would definitely use this service again should the need arise.

Did my items arrive safely? Yes. Did it take nearly a month? Yes. Read the fine print before booking... Response from TransitSystems: We were totally up front with this customer on time frames. The delivery spread (which was met) is not fine print it is part of the binding agreement.

The shipment took an extraordinary amount of time (6 weeks). The item was described by the seller as 250 lbs but it was closer to 350 lbs. and the first uShip guy back out of the contract adding 2 weeks to the shipment. Thus the shipment cost more than the item.
However, the shipping crew was courteous and competent and the item arrived in good shape. Response from TransitSystems: This shipment was booked on 3/8, picked up in a week and delivered 3 weeks later... The exact timeframe that is listed in my quote and 4 weeks total. Rating low stars for another shipper backing out and adding 2 weeks is just wrong.
