**Brachycephalic (snub nose) breeds specialist** WE ARE GROUND TRANSPORT FOR ANIMALS ONLY! We cover the 48 lower states. We are both woman in our 40`s with health issues. Due to that we may be slower than some other companies. We are worth the wait! We at Too Which Sanctuary and Transport have a combined 50+ years in animal care and welfare. Including having attended the Humane Society of the US Animal Care and Control Academy. Vet assistant, groomer, director of humane society, kennel manager, all are on our resumes. I have transported animals for over 10 yrs and we strive to maintain a pick-up/drop-off window between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m. But safety is our main concern! "No paws" on ground policy for young pups. We want your family member to arrive, safe, sound and happy! We do transport to fund our own animal rescue that saves dogs from high kill shelters and into safe rescues. We drive a "flex fuel" vehicle and participate in UShip's Terra Pass.

Paid $550 on August 17, 2012 when the cat was picked up. As of today my cat is in South Carolina and they say they have no way to get her out here. I do feel bad that they have run into some financial problems. However, they have been extremely irresponsible in taking my money and not delivering our cat. Nice people. Not a good business. Woundn't trust'em again...... Still don't know when/if we will get our pet that we PAID to have brought to us.

This shipper was very shady and vague through out the entire process. I was given empty promises for certain delivery dates and times, times that were never met. I was given 3 telephone numbers to contact the shipper and I was rarely able to get someone on the phone to get an update. If I left an email, then I wasn't emailed back until way later in the day (around midnight). We did get the dog, but I had to meet the shipper somewhere to get him. We would advise not using this company, ever.

These people are the most unprofessional people I have ever worked with. They stated pick up 6 days, before they actually arrived. The kept my dog for two WEEKS, before they delivered, AND the delivered her WITHOUT the items that I provided, i.e. her pillow and her food dishes. They did NOT communicate as promised, and gave poor excuses. One of them, even pulled the single mother card on me. I was told I was going to get a partial refund, and I haven't. DO NOT trust these people!

Pros: - Nice people. Took the bid when we needed someone. - The animal made it to its destination... alive. Cons: - Did not deliver even remotely on time. 8 day estimate, turned closer to 20 days. - There was next to 0 communication. - Items were lost for my animal - Due to extended travel time the animal lost weight - Did I say lack of communication made us worry constantly on the well being of our animal? - late to pickup Overall experience very unhappy.

Yes this trip took longer than planned due to some things that happened beyond our control! We picked your cat up from boarding then the elderly cat had to ride from CA to TN. WE ALWAYS say that cross country trips take 8 - 10 days. The trip took 14 days as he was picked up on the 27th. We were very late but not 10 days! No items were lost as we were told to keep them at drop off. He ate well so I have no idea how he lost weight. We emailed you 11 times, 5 calls and 5 texts. Sorry!

really sweet hardworking ladies that genuinely care about their work; however, although it wasn't their fault - the van broke down and they had no coverage in certain areas, so it made for a pretty stressful event for all of us.

We don't like leaving bad feedback! In this case we feel we need to because you will be shipping members of your family w/them and need to see that they had issues, even if it was just this one time. Their response will probably offer up reasons (excuses). It is their right and we won't be able to respond to what they say. Based on our experience we would not every use them again nor would we recommend them. Yes, we did receive our dog, after 13 days. Maybe ours was a fluke! It's your choice.

We are not going to offer or make excuses because he is correct in most of what is being said here. The trip did last 13 days for his dog which is a really long time. There were some issues during this trip that were unavoidable and we deeply regret any problems the may have caused. We did quote 8 - 10 days for travel time. His dog did arrive safe and well taken care of even though we were NOT told of her advanced age of 13 years, nor the fact that she bites and is incontinent.

While there was a delay in pickup and delivery, provider communicated the issues and delay was acceptable to me. Cats were delivered in good condition, healthy and rested and I would use this provider again.
