I no longer need my item(s) shipped.
The doelings that were to be transported did not meet required health certification. This meant that the shipment had to be cancelled.
Tender Touch transport was communicative, flexible and accomodating throughout our discussions.

Shipper communication was poor including not providing changes in plan. Shipping equipment was not as promised; promised roomy padded box, horse actually in overloaded, slant tie stall not padded. Horse arrived with a torn nostril which required immediate vet care.

Tender Touch did a great job. Were a little delayed because of an injured driver on their end, but even with this, worked very hard to pick JZ up as soon as possible (which his anxious owner appreciated). He arrived in a big box stall, and was healthy and happy. Would definitely use again!

Very happy with Tendertouch Transport. They were very professional. My horse arrived in very good condition-not stressed at all. They updated me along the way and gave notice when they were they close to my area. Excellent job!!
