Husband and wife team only, no other drivers. At time of booking a trip with us you will be given a 2-4 day time frame for delivery. 3-4 days prior to pickup you be called with an exact date and 2 hour time frame for pickup. We will be in touch throughout the trip and generally call or email every 6 hours. Please do not expect us to answer the cell everytime...but we will return your call in within an hour time frame, we are working out here on the road...Please be patient with delays. We try to give ourselves enough time but we never know what is going to come up...traffic and just the erratic behavior of horses... There will be free choice hay and water at all times. All stalls 1.5 size with dividers to the floor.

My horse received an injury during the transport, but the delivery was very prompt

Wow...sorry you decided to leave this feedback more than two years after completion...your horse was injured because he was blind and hit his eye in the trailer..this was no fault of ours! You have successfully taken the Uship feedback process to a whole new level...unfortunatly the whole truth is NEVER told by customers...shame on you!

Horse arrived after a very long trip on the trailer. The horse was very dehydrated and had various cuts on the face from beeing tossed around in the trailer. I have the feeling he had a very rough ride and was not cared for on the trailer to the best of the shippers ability. Would not reccomend this shipper for a long haul, although the communication was reasonable and they did take the horse off the trailer to allow for rest.

Although I do appreciate the "neutral"...but I do take offense to the assumption that your horse was tossed around the trailer..yes the trip did take longer than expected but we did have an overnight, your horse had a box stall, water and hay was provided at all times with several rest breaks..and the "various cuts on face" were week old scrapes that he had when we loaded...this info is on your off loading check list...I did try to contact you 24 hours post delivery with no return call...

This transport company was FABULOUS! They were professional, considerate, competent, respectful of my time and emotion and genuinely nice. My horse arrived early, healthy, and without incident. They provided updates during the trip and were truly concerned about the safety of my special needs horse.

The people had to pick up my horses over 1 week in advance prior to shipping them, then they were supposed to leave on the June 1st, they did not arrive until the 5th and both horses came back to my property very skinny and they were remains of sweet feed in my horse bucket in which my horses don't eat sweet feed, one of my horses coliced the night they dropped the horses off. If going long distance, use a trucking company that has the big vans for better ride, they put both horses in same stall

Bid date was 5/6 with a pickup date within 10 days, customer changed pickup dates for the 28th becasue she was moving, truck was not leaving until June 1st therefore we had to pick up early, horse were fed grain and hay at our farm at no extra charge...horses were delivered in a 14 x 8 box stall together as they were pastured together and got along better than when apart. Since this complaint I have called the boarding barn and no colic! I would love to see the vet receipt!

Communication was great during the the entire process and transport! Tony kept me updated as to expected arrival/delivery. Mini arrived safely and had comfortable trip. Would surely use Tony and his company again. Thanks for a great and safe transport.

Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services Customer was unable to produce paperwork in a timely manner and horses were in no way abandoned..they were well fed and taken care of and pictures were sent to assure customer that horses were in good condition. We spent well over $500 in fines and getting the horses proper paperwork in order for them to be shipped with receipts to prove it.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment This has cost me $300 out of pocket; first rescheduling because of a funeral. However, they have 3 trucks and trailers; then mechanical problems; will leave the comments at that but please make sure I get a full refund of my deposit. I am sure I will get the shame on me response but I could say more; U-Ship with this provider has been negative and costly for me. Please let me know how I can get my refund.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date and time The Service Provided agreed to pickup my shipment on late Saturday afternoon in North Carolina. The seller had the animal prepared for transporting. The Service Provider called at the time he was suppose to pickup the shipment. He stated he was in Tennessee and his truck was in the repair shop and he would not get it back before Monday. If he was suppose to be in N.C. at 3:00 and he was in fact in Tenn maybe he over booked his shipments.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services My horses were to be picked up in NC and delivered to AZ. They were picked up but the trip was abandoned by the driver/owner and my horses were left further away than when they started the trip a week earlier - in FL. The transporter was also paid $500 cash and that money has not been returned to me as of yet. My horses arrived battered and very thin. This entire event has been a terrible experience.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Trailer did not have enough room/escape route for horse. Another client(picked up earlier that morning in South Florida)overloaded the truck with show equipment and hay.

No Detailed Feedback Available A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved After several calls, I finally got an email from Provider's husband saying she was ill and there would be an additional 1 1/2 week delay and his wife would be available in 2 days. I expressed my sympathy, and then asked for an exact date as it is costing me money to have the animal at its current location. I have had no further response.
