Hello, we are a veteran-owned company that operates 24/7/365. I have performed or assisted with over 3000 moves and shipments to date. My emphasis is on friendliness, professionalism, flexibility, reliability, and quality. I take great pride in everything I do and promise to treat your belongings as if they were my own. We are based out of Washington, DC and Charlotte, NC; and in addition to local moves we are happy to help our customers with long-distance transfers as long as they begin or end within 100 miles of one of our locations. No job is too big or too small. We frequently move: single furniture items, storage units, cars, motorcycles, boats, trailers, upright piano's, baby grand and grand piano's, pool tables, apartments, homes and mansions, office's, etc... we love to say YES! Ted was great - arrived when he said he would, was not put off by the front stairs, was careful with the pieces of the cabinet and got it to the destination when he said he would. I would hire him again in a heartbeat and am thrilled to know about UShip.com because I work with families who are downsizing and this will make their lives much easier.

Table and chairs delivered 8 hours early...great job guys...Ted's bid was within my budget...he was able to work with both pick up and delivery schedules as well as his own...often times difficult to make it all work...but he did and had great help too...friendly guys,honest, professional and took care in delivery of 1950's table set...I recommend Ted...and will gladly ask him to deliver again...thanks....great job guys...

First off, I am not unhappy with the service. They were professional, the item was well packed and they were helpful in loading/unloading. My issue is with the delivery times I was presented with AFTER I accepted the bid. I was given a choice of 5-5:30AM or 9-11PM, both very inconvenient to me and they would not budge. I elected for the 9-11pm slot, on moving day they of course ran late and I ended up waiting until 4am!!! It was a sleepless night.

Israel was terrific to deal with. He is tech-savvy, so communication through email, texting, and phone was all excellent and responsive. And it is great to correspond someone who not only transports but also believes in proper spelling and grammar - the college background really shows. All the boxes and furniture arrived in the same condition that they arrived, and were well-padded. I could not have asked for more, and both myself and the party on the other end were happy. I attempted to call and email the customer for the next 2 days, with no answer. Today my phone call was finally answered and customer stated that they have decided to drive the vehicle themselves and no longer needed it shipped.

Jeff was happy with the price, but not understanding of the fact that to offer such low prices we must book several shipments during the same time-frame to make the original price possible. Every customer that misleads us sets the schedule off for every other customer on that route. The address and contact information was only 50% accurate, but regardless of complications we were able to deliver these pieces safely and quickly. No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider explained prior to pick-up that there may not be room for my items, which I would be notified of prior to pick-up. This turned out to be situation. The provider was not able to accommodate my shipment, and I was notified as promised. I was disappointed but not upset - the provider was upfront about the possibility that this may happen, which I understood and agreed to. He was polite and apologetic - no hard feelings.
