We are a family owned and operated towing and hauling company based in Ohio with over 15 years of experience. No Detailed Feedback Available Driver was nice and helpful. Delivered a day late due to weather, would have liked a call earlier. Driver forgot to give me the paperwork for the boat and the key. After I contacted the office it took a full week+ to get the documents/key in the mail. I would have assumed they would have sent it express since it was the drivers fault and they gave me no way to contact him directly. I was unable to drive the boat for another week. Overall nice people, just a few comments on customer service

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The pick up location would not release the bike. Pick up location stated that shipper was aware that the bike would not be available for pick up.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment The shipment details were totally different then the actual shipment. It wieghs alot more than listed and has been altered from a basic van to an icecream truck full of coolers. We were the third service provider with the same complaint.

This shiper told me that he had a high top conversion van to move. When I got to the van it was an icecream truck. The truck was completely loaded when I was told it was empty. The truck was a lot heavyer than I has told [about 7000 lbs heavyer] and I could not even pull it with my winch. When I told the customer the problems he was very rude about it. And I would like to note we do not charge him for time, fuel, or tolls.
