In Oct.2009,I retired after working 35 years with Verizon.Twenty of those years I competed with and bred my beloved Borzoi.I traveled across the USA entering into competitions.Twice I took off from work for 30 days to travel to Portland,OR and Olympia,WA.for the Borzoi National Specialty.Often I would take other people’s dogs with me to competitions when they were unable to attend.I loved traveling,competing,and meeting new people.Two months after I retired,I decided to work my dream job. I founded the business:SHUTTLE PET.I will only be carrying your extended family in my van.I will not have a time line to meet because of other obligations.All of my bedding is washed with Clorox added.All of my crates are washed with Basic G.Basic G is an all natural germicide made by Shaklee.It kills a multiple of germs including parvo.My number one priorities are the safety and comfort of your extended family.When you choose me as your transporter you get an animal lover and a breeder's experience.

Vanessa, was wonderful! I highly recommend her as she struck to the timeline she gave me and took great care of our puppy Sugar. Sugar was playful and in great spirits when she arrived even though she had just traveled 3 days and nearly 2000 miles. Vanessa was very easy to deal with and was a delight to meet and truly seemed like a animal lover. Thank you again Vanessa, we are glad we choose you to bring home our "Sugar-Baby"

ShuttlePet is fantastic! They were so compassionate about our needs and the rescue dog's needs! They did everything they possibly could to make the long journey out west as comfortable and unintimidating for the dog. ;) Thank you so much!

Excellent. Is how I describe the service Vanessa provided our military family. When our initial provider left us stranded Vanessa came to our rescue. With short notice she picked up our homesick golden retreivera a day early and answed our prayers. Outstanding communication, care and attention is what she provided us. We would recommend Vanessa to everyone and without a doubt use her again. THANKS VANESSA FOR MAKING OUR FAMILY COMPLETE

I was a little worried about shipping my Chihuahua until I met Vanessa.She took great care in making sure my little dog made it safely to his destination.If I ever have to ship a pet again I plan on using ShuttlePet.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment The communication was fine.We spoke on the phoone and settled on 02/08 for the pick up date.She said that she would contact the breeder.I am on the road with clients 95% of the time.The dogs/cats in my care get 100% of my attention.The owners do not want to hear that I was distracted by talking on the phone,or thinking about another job when I am taking care of their pet. And something goes wrong.There was nothing else to talk about until 02/07 when I would call with a time for pick up on 02/08

It was great working / talking with Rebecca & Adrian. Their dogs were a handfull, but were neat and clean in their crates. I couldn't ask for better guests. I would tranport their dogs anywhere.

I was sorry that I couldn't help Javier. I was booked in advance, that is true. But I had to pick up a bitch that was pregnant. It clashed with his scheduled pick up. But in my notes he had told me that anytime after 08/04 was good. So I figured that I could pick up later in the month. But his dog sitter was not pleased. She wanted the dogs out of her house now! But I couldn't risk the health and well being of the bitch or her pups.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Lack of response in phone calls and emails.

When I am on the road, I give all of my attention to the pets in my van. I talked to Lynne and set up a pick up date. I am sorry that she wanted me to be calling her all of the time when I did not have her dog with me. Usually I call when the pick up date draws near. But that wasn't good enough for her.
