This was my first time using U-ship. I was very nervous and almost canceled my shipment, because I was afraid of having someone else transport a very delicate package. How I was pleasantly surprised to find Ron to handle this delicate package. He contacted me before, during to keep me posted and after our puppy was delivered. I couldn't of asked for a more sweeter and all around great guy that treated my puppy as if it was his own. Thank you and I would use you in a heartbeat again. THANKS AGAIN

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
When I listed the make and model of my motorcycle, uship listed it as weighing about 350lbs. When the provider showed up to ship the bike, the weight was much more than that and they were not able to accomodate it.

Bike was listed at 350lbs. but actually weighed 885lbs. In the best interest of the bike and customer we decided not to try and put it in the bed of our GMC.

Jim and Karen were great to deal with.
They were not the lowest bid but I went with them because of their experience, insurance, positive feedback record and they were able to commit to picking up and delivering in the time window that worked for seller and myself. They coordinated with the seller and picked up the camper on time and delivered a day earlier than they initially expected. Karen sent daily emails and also offered to call daily if I wanted that but emails were fine with me.

Great service...definitely a pleasure to work with. We had a few changes to our shipment drop-off date location and they were very accommodating. They also provided periodic feedback while transporting our boat...we always knew how things were going which gave us peace of mind. I would recommend this shipper to anyone.

I can't say enough good things about working with Jim and Karen. Once we had an agreement, Karen was very prompt with the initial contact and was able to accomodate my dates for transportation. Very professional and had a nice new tow rig to transport my boat cross country. After the pick up, they provided daily updates via email as to their progress and kept me well informed. Drop off to a 3rd party came off without a hitch (no pun intended). Would highly recommend and would use again!

Count me among Karen & Jim's extremely satisfied customers. From initial contact to delivery I could not have asked for better service. Karen's communication was top notch, keeping me apprised of every detail. And their price in these high-fuel price times was more than fair. This kind of service is a rarity. Karen and James were great. I wasn't the easiest to deal with due to problems with the recent local flooding and the problems I had to deal with from money logistics from the buyer. They took it all in stride and worked with me to make it all work, and never complained once. I would definitely use them again and recommend them. And they are just plain good human beings to boot.
